Fair warning the hotel is far from modern and you can tell they are actively renovating. From broken shower knobs, popcorn ceiling that peeling, stain and damaged hotel furniture this wouldn’t be a great option for someone who likes a fresh clean look. They did not have any real accommodations at the moment and even ran out of towels which was another irritation. Positive: The staff was exceptional and really didn’t get too bothered when I complained they truly tried to find ways to accommodate and that was is an above average response to things they truly couldn’t control. For the price point and location you do get what you bargain for as far as hotel quality. But, the staff truly play a pivotal role in why I chose to stay versus leave. Note: No fridge and microwave need to be added to that other list of warnings because I did have to throw away some breakfast items I purchased since I knew there was no breakfast.

We had 30 people in our group and the organization we booked through made us have to use this hotel. The hotel was under renovations. No free breakfast, in fact NO FOOD available because the restaurant was closed. There were vending machines for those desperate. The lower level had a mold smell from water damage and the AC did not work in the meeting room we had to pay to use despite the obvious damage. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The were working with what they could provide.

The room was as described. The front desk lady not so friendly, she could use some manners. At this moment they do not offer breakfast at this location anymore. Gym, pool and other amenities are off limits. Location I would've chose a better one.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. Despite their website’s promises, the reality was far from pleasant. Let me outline the issues I encountered: False Breakfast Advertising: Although the website advertised breakfast included, upon check-in, we were informed that the kitchen was closed, and no breakfast would be provided. A frustrating start to our stay. Inadequate Hot Water: The shower was a nightmare. The hot water barely worked, leaving us shivering during our attempts to bathe. Uncomfortable Beds: The beds were like lumpy rocks. Their irregular consistency and unpleasant odor made sleep impossible. Missing Amenities: No refrigerator or microwave in the room. For a supposedly decent hotel, this was unacceptable. Noisy Nights: Outside noise disrupted our sleep throughout the night. It felt like sleeping on a busy street. Early Departure: Originally planning a three-night stay, we decided to leave after the first night. The lack of comfort and amenities was unbearable. Building Neglect: The hotel building desperately needs maintenance. It looks rundown and neglected. In summary, the hotel falls far short of its promises. There are better hotels nearby within the same price range. I strongly recommend exploring other options.

Extensive renovations, so usual amenities not available. This may extend for a couple of months. Hot water in the shower is more miss than hit. The area looks run down, most probably storm damage. The positive is the staff. Staff were FANTASTIC. They acknowledged the issues and did everything humanly possible to care for their guests. Thank you.
