After a long day of traveling, filled with delays and frustration, I finally made it to this hotel. Despite it being 1:30 in the morning, I was enthusiastically greeted by Sharesa, who made my check-in experience the one part of my day that was smooth and easy. Very kind, very helpful. Wish more people like her worked in hospitality.

Well maintained facility with lots of lighting in the parking lot. Conviently located close to IAH airport with shuttle service every 30 minutes. The hotel has a restaurant, good food and reasonably priced. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft.

There was a weather event in Houston that kept a lot of planes in and there were extremely large groups checking in through cruise packages. There was only one staff member who seemed to potentially be new so the check in wait was extremely long. I waited more than two hours to check in. After waiting an hour and a half another staff member Lucia came back in to help after already working a 10 hour day. LUCIA WAS AMAZING. She got the cruise ship group organized and those of us with reservations checked in efficiently. She had an amazing presence and was incredibly kind.

The rooms are fine. Nothing too special or fancy. As clean as they can be with what's available. The bed is very comfortable and I do mean very. The bathroom is in good shape. The shower in the room I was given needs quite a bit of help as it is pretty beat up. The water pressure is abysmal. I know they are trying to save water but come on you've got to be kidding me with this shower head. Fridge was great for my needs, as were the microwave and coffee maker. The staff was outstanding. They did exactly what needed to be done and right on time. Nothing but high praise for everyone I interacted with. I do recommend this hotel.

Isabel at Breakfast was so very kind, friendly and helpful. She was continuously checking to see that everything met our standards. I would definitely stay here again. I got in at 2:00 am after a long day of traveling and the lady at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. I was so tired that I did not get her name. She was quick and efficient, and I was in my room and in my bed for 2:45 (only because there were three check-ins before me.
