Front desk was nice, room smelt like room service ripped a bag and coffee grounds ended up somewhere. There is no bar, gym is mid. It's artsy but the basement parking felt a little weird but it is what it is

I stayed here 2 nights.The room itself is ok the bed and bedding are comfortable. But was a complete disappointment otherwise. The indoor pool or any pool of any kind doesn’t exits. There is NO Burger Theory or any restaurant inside there is no bar No roof lounge. No room service.Just a crappy breakfast that should be free but we paid for that also in advance.The parking is $30 per night and a$200 deposit they don’t tell you about until check in. Pretty much messed up my NewYears Eve and New Years 5 thumbs down.Dont waste you money or time

The free shuttle to and from anywhere downtown was absolutely incredible. Excellent service. Breakfast was good. Could have more pastries. Room with two beds was spacious and bathroom was cleaned daily. Everything excellent. Dinorat took care of our room and it was pristine.

Traveled here for business. The hotel is not up to standards of an IHG. They are undergoing a renovation in the hotel and parking lot, wish they stated this beforehand. Location is a decent. Front desk had mediocre service, but parking lot had construction workers looking at your every move. My room had blood stains on the curtains, the bathroom was half renovated and missing the back to the sink, uncomfortable overall. Outlets did not work to charge phones. Seemed dirty and like they just put people in rooms to fill vacancy. Location was unsafe as it’s near the tran. Tried to walk to a restaurant and saw a knife on the sidewalk, homeless people following me from this hotel. Burger restaurant at property was closed. Again not an IHG standard, more like a motel 6. Wouldn’t recommend go elsewhere. Unsafe, dirty, half built and put guests in dirty rooms to fill void.

Spent a night here during a layover to Houston. Rooms were okay - I would have overlooked the unfinished bathroom, the drab interiors, and the one functioning elevator. The bed was comfortable enough. I was woken just before 8am on a Sunday morning to loud banging - confused I called the front desk and they told me they were doing renovations. I understand that hotels need work from time to time but there seem to be SO many ways to mitigate impact on guests. Really wasn’t impressed.
