Location is ideal for my needs. I’ve visited multiple times. Rooms are very good and clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but reliable. Occasionally there’s been minor glitches like a toilet with issues, temporary elevator outage, that sort of thing. But each time I found that hotel staff are ALWAYS helpful and friendly and quick to address things that need fixing, which makes me happy to come back. Special shout out to Zach for helping me sort out a room change. Thank you!

Everything was great, only thing was when we first got in the room to wash my hands the water was brown , but the receptionist explained to me they just had a water issue fixed and to let the water run but if there was any other issues that she would switch my rooms. But the water was fine afterwards. The room was clean , bed super comfortable Overall we enjoyed a peaceful stay.

I have now stayed here 3 times and all times have been wonderful the staff especially I think her name is shirl and con…. Are both amazing. They made feel so welcomed. The bartenders were amazing also. Always remembering how I like my drinks. Can’t wait to come and stay again

I arrived here for the first time and was greeted by Cosette at the front desk. She way great,very nice and helpful. Then I ordered food and it was better than anything that I could have gotten outside the hotel. Jose can really cook and you can tell that he has pride in what he is doing in the kitchen. The food was outstanding and presentation was very good. Top quality work by both of these fine employees. I will be coming back again. Thank you for your great staff.

I always choose the Holiday Inn Energy Corridor when I visit Houston. The accommodations are consistently clean, modern, and comfortable, but it is truly the exceptional service that encourages my return. Julia and Rebecca consistently make breakfast a delightful experience. Rebecca's culinary skills are evident in her thick-cut crispy bacon, freshly prepared fruit, and baked pastries, which are absolutely delicious. Julia's warm and amicable service further enhances the entire experience. The check-in process at this hotel is particularly excellent, thanks to Cossette's attentiveness and friendly demeanor. As I travel frequently, I sometimes find myself forgetting the specific procedures for each hotel, but upon my arrival here, she is always prepared, and before I know it, I am settled in my room, ready to unwind. It is truly the dedicated staff here who make all the difference. My sincere gratitude goes to Julia, Rebecca, Kirrin, and Cossette for yet another wonderful stay!
