Excellent location on Westheimer, conveniently situated close to dining, shopping, and key city attractions. The accessibility alone makes this property a strong choice for both business and leisure travelers. A special mention to Asma at check-in. She was exceptionally helpful, professional, and ensured the entire process was seamless and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed experience.

We attempted to check in early after a long 12 hour drive around 10:30am. The manager, Matthew, explained that it was based off availability. He checked and stated there were several empty rooms but they would need to be cleaned. He stated it would be an additional $40 for early check in. We agreed it would be fine and waited in the lobby until our room was ready. About 3 hours go by (and after hearing him urge housekeeping to clean a room quickly for someone on the phone) and we finally decide to ask if a room was available. He checked and said “oh, let me check. Yes, looks like there is a room available.” At this point, we were a little frustrated because we had all of our luggage, a crying/sleepy medically complex child, and pure exhaustion. My mom stated if he couldn’t make the accommodation for early check in, he should’ve stated it from the beginning and we could’ve made other plans to occupy our time. She stated she was a loyal member and had never run into these issues before. He immediately became visibly annoyed. Initially, he stated he wasn’t aware we were members and then stated because we booked through a 3rd party, we didn’t get member benefits as he rolled his eyes. Additionally, there wasn’t any hot water. We made management aware but it was never resolved. Our showers/baths were lukewarm at best. Matthew gave us a hard time about how many towels we could have. Told us he could only give us 2 (despite our party having 4 people) until we gave him the dirty towels even though housekeeping wasn’t there. I offered to put them outside of our room but he stated I had to bring them down. There are so many other things I could list but review is long enough. TLDR: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. We stayed a week and they made our stay terrible. We’ve never had an experience like this and we were so ready to go. If we could’ve gone elsewhere without losing the money we paid, we would’ve.

I stayed at this location a few weeks ago. The room was decent I guess. No real issues with that. Location was terrible, don’t go out at night. You can hear gunshots and a lot of homeless people walking around right near the hotel. Service sucked, after traveling all day and dealing with the very rude female at the desk was disappointing for a Holiday Inn. Plus the police raided the place and took the rude female working the desk. Like really Holiday Inn? I expect that at other hotels but not a reputable brand such as Holiday Inn. How can we feel safe leaving our belongings in our room if the police are raiding the place to arrest the staff? I’m assuming it was for something serious with the amount of police they had come in there. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. Definitely won’t stay at this location again. I had a coworker stay at this location this past week (My company sends employees to this side of Houston frequently) and told him about our experience there, I described the female receptionist who was arrested and he told me she checked him in, so she’s still working there. Assuming it’s the same female that’s c crazy! Stay somewhere else.

Here is an HIE that goes above and beyond. The fitness room is up to date. Pool is terrific. Breakfast and breakfast area very good. But above all the employees shine. Can't go wrong here.

Amsa at the Front Desk was so great to work with. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. Made my experience welcoming, along with her beautiful smile. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast options. Conveniently located. Parking is garage style. Really no complaints.
