My husband was scheduled for surgery the first trip that had to be postponed until two weeks later. Both stays were great. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was close to the Hospital and the rooms were clean and very nice. The first trip we had two queen and second trpa kind bed. They were both wonderful mattresses! I will always stay here when visiting the Hospital! Great job on having the BEST staff!

This hotel was FABULOUS. The ONLY setback was we stayed when a Texans game was going on and the traffic AND the hotel were a bit much. The room was humongous and very spacious. We were placed on the 4th floor on the end if the hallway and we loved it. It was quiet, and close to EVERYTHING. We will definitely be staying again as I'm in town often for business. The ONLY negative that I could think of was there was NO Parking available and we parked all the way around the building and had to access a door far from our elevator and we are both disabled. Other than that and there being hair in the shower, everything was awesome, including the staff who was very welcoming and professional.

We stayed here so we could attend a bowl game at NRG Stadium. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the stadium. We only stayed one night, but everything was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. If I attend another event at the stadium, I’ll be sure to stay here again.

We made reservations for November 1st-3rd on September 29th. We received a phone call on the day of our scheduled arrival, stating that our card had been charged for payment. We are seeking clarification as to why our card was processed when the reservation was designated as "pay at property." The representative subsequently informed my husband that our reservation was canceled. When he offered an alternative payment method, she stated that there were no longer any available rooms. We are still unclear why our card was charged given the "pay at property" arrangement, especially since we had previously received an email confirming our reservation. If the "pay at property" option is not honored, we respectfully request that it be removed from your website. We are grateful that we were able to secure alternative accommodations in the same area. In all our previous travels and experiences with "pay at property" reservations, we have never encountered such a situation. We will not be utilizing your establishment in the future. It was quite unprofessional to receive such a notification via email and phone call after driving for four hours to reach our destination, particularly when check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. Thank you nonetheless; perhaps this was an indication that we were not meant to stay there.

We booked this hotel for my daughter’s surgery at Texas Children’s Hospital which is just few minutes drive. We checked in a night before since our arrival time is too early and we live very far from Houston. As I checked in, I ask the front desk if I can get a bench or a shower chair for my daughter who’s special needs, cannot walk nor stand and she needs a good bath for her surgery the next day. He said, he will look into it. He never called us to update us on what’s going on. My husband even went down to ask him again and he said he is still looking for it. It was already very late so I flipped that garbage can put towels on top and let my daughter sit there and I bathed her. I booked for 3 nights. 2 nights we stayed. The hospital discharged my daughter and it was a little late in the afternoon. We went back to the hotel and grabbed our stuffs and asked the front desk if we can get a partial refund for the last night since we are going home. We were told that they can’t refund anymore since it was late. When I booked this hotel, it says PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE! It was very disappointing and I felt like they are not considerate and helpful. That’s it. I would never consider this hotel anymore and would not recommend them either.
