My husband was scheduled for surgery the first trip that had to be postponed until two weeks later. Both stays were great. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was close to the Hospital and the rooms were clean and very nice. The first trip we had two queen and second trpa kind bed. They were both wonderful mattresses! I will always stay here when visiting the Hospital! Great job on having the BEST staff!

We stayed here so we could attend a bowl game at NRG Stadium. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the stadium. We only stayed one night, but everything was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. If I attend another event at the stadium, I’ll be sure to stay here again.

We made reservations for November 1st-3rd on September 29th. We received a phone call on the day of our scheduled arrival, stating that our card had been charged for payment. We are seeking clarification as to why our card was processed when the reservation was designated as "pay at property." The representative subsequently informed my husband that our reservation was canceled. When he offered an alternative payment method, she stated that there were no longer any available rooms. We are still unclear why our card was charged given the "pay at property" arrangement, especially since we had previously received an email confirming our reservation. If the "pay at property" option is not honored, we respectfully request that it be removed from your website. We are grateful that we were able to secure alternative accommodations in the same area. In all our previous travels and experiences with "pay at property" reservations, we have never encountered such a situation. We will not be utilizing your establishment in the future. It was quite unprofessional to receive such a notification via email and phone call after driving for four hours to reach our destination, particularly when check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. Thank you nonetheless; perhaps this was an indication that we were not meant to stay there.

We have been coming to the holiday inn on Main Street every month for 3 years. I am an Md Anderson patient.The employees have been great. They work with you to change reservations at a moment notice. We showed up today to check in at 3:45 pm. There were no clean rooms available on the bottom floor. We had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The pool was green. The ice machine on the first floor was broken. There were no face towels in the room and none available at the desk. I don’t know what’s going on but this place has gone straight to hell.

Front Staff was amazing from check in until we checked out. Zach was amazing his customer service was GREAT. He made our stay very comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. Very accommodating. We will stay there again
