This hotel was FABULOUS. The ONLY setback was we stayed when a Texans game was going on and the traffic AND the hotel were a bit much. The room was humongous and very spacious. We were placed on the 4th floor on the end if the hallway and we loved it. It was quiet, and close to EVERYTHING. We will definitely be staying again as I'm in town often for business. The ONLY negative that I could think of was there was NO Parking available and we parked all the way around the building and had to access a door far from our elevator and we are both disabled. Other than that and there being hair in the shower, everything was awesome, including the staff who was very welcoming and professional.

Had a great visit. Lady in the front was nice and helpful and was able to help us get a handicap parking that was blocked for painting since my daughter is in a wheelchair. Breakfast was great. Their pancake maker was broken but everything else was good :)

My husband was scheduled for surgery the first trip that had to be postponed until two weeks later. Both stays were great. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was close to the Hospital and the rooms were clean and very nice. The first trip we had two queen and second trpa kind bed. They were both wonderful mattresses! I will always stay here when visiting the Hospital! Great job on having the BEST staff!

Stayed here due to proximity with NRG stadium. Rooms were clean and the morning breakfast, although simple, was really really good. My only two issues were 1. One ply toilet paper, and 2. The pillows, they were atrocious with no support or structure to them. Regardless, the hotel impressed me. Thank you to all the staff.

We stayed here so we could attend a bowl game at NRG Stadium. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the stadium. We only stayed one night, but everything was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. If I attend another event at the stadium, I’ll be sure to stay here again.
