Stayed here on New Year’s Eve. There is dedicated parking for Diamond Elite members, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff was polite and friendly, and they acknowledged my Diamond Elite status during check in. The room itself was clean and comfortable. One small issue was that the AC remote did not work, so the temperature had to be adjusted directly on the unit, but it was not a major problem. I did not try breakfast, but it appears to be the standard Holiday Inn Express offering. No room upgrade was offered. The only option provided was choosing a higher floor. At the time of check in, suite rooms were still available, so this part was a bit confusing. It felt like suites may be reserved for paid bookings only. Unfortunately, the room was not very soundproof. Door opening and closing noises, as well as sounds from neighboring rooms, came through quite clearly. The door did not block noise well, and as someone with insomnia, this significantly affected my sleep quality. This hotel may not be ideal for light sleepers or anyone hoping to sleep in past 7 or 8 am. During check out, I did not see any staff even after waiting for a while, so I left the key cards at the desk and departed. This may simply be their usual check out process. Overall, the stay was clean and pleasant in many ways, but noise levels and the lack of an elite room upgrade made the experience less restful than expected.

We love coming to this particular location because the hospitality here is always top tier elite service! The manager Keiyanna is just so welcoming and I simply adore the front desk staff from who I’ve encountered such as Jacoby and Alfred! Housekeeping doesn’t disappoint with the fresh towels and making sure our room is clean. I love coming here; the environment is so family oriented and friendly! Thank you to the IHG staff for making our stay here perfect

Great hotel for a short stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast options were great and we liked our room and the comfort of the beds. My only complaint is that one of the bed covers seemed dirty or stained. However, everything else was great! We enjoyed our short stay! Thanks!

I would like to thank Jakoby and Alfred for professionalism and warm and inviting personality at the front desk. They made sure i had enough towels and room supplies. This was just so considerate to me because most hotels is not that accommodating, I would recommend anyone to stay here And make sure you are greeted with these to handsome professional guys at the front desk!!😁🥰❤️❤️❤️
