Hotel has several break in weekly per the Pearland PD. I don't recommend staying here as they don't really care if your vehicle gets broken into. The only thing I seen they had done was install new cameras. They do not have security at night in the parking lot to help deter this from happening nor is there a fence built around the property. When I spoke with management they didn't seem to care. I WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN. I am also talking with IHG to make sure the management team and owner understand that they have to do something different to protect the guests spending money there. Also good luck with breakfast, went down for breakfast at 0900 and there was nothing out, the pancake machine broke and some lady was piling whatever was left on her 4 plates. This location is horrible for guest accommodations. **Edit** I did reach out via email like IHG diamond Elite customer service asked me too, and all I got back was a very poor excuse and a picture saying thay you have signs posted. I get that, but at the same time if you as a business owner and property management for hospitality know that you have breaks in as bad as you do you have to do something different, but you don't. Maybe hire a well known and trusted security company to sit there at night. I will never reconsider staying there at your hotel again.

Location wise excellent but the hotel really need to improve their rooms and service. The key card kept getting locked twice a day(despite being away from phone and wallet). Receptionist didn't have any idea why. No welcome greetings for the IHG members, was asked to pay $2 for the water bottle at night!!.Washroom clogged, extremely dark rooms, floor shaking with 30 yrs old furniture! Please upgrade the interior of the rooms. It really needs it!! The best thing was cleaning service. Without asking for it, you will find your room made! The owner N. seems to be a nice guy. I hope they do act upon some of these suggestions

My feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, with attractive furniture and beautiful artwork. The staff, including the consistently excellent housekeeping team, were friendly and kind, ensuring fresh linens and cleanliness. The only significant issue I encountered was with the breakfast service, which fell short of the standards I have experienced at other IHG and Holiday Inn locations. In my first few days, the breakfast area was often poorly cleaned, and necessary items were frequently missing or out of stock. I noticed multiple guests complaining, and one morning I overheard a guest—who identified herself as a Holiday Inn employee—say the service level was unacceptable. She seemed knowledgeable about how a well-run breakfast service should operate. Specific and persistent issues include: - Coffee and towels were often unavailable, even with multiple coffee stations. - Oatmeal rarely had signage. - Eggs were rarely available or ran out quickly. - Basic utensils, like forks, often needed to be requested. - The breakfast staff seemed frequently absent from the area. In contrast to other Holiday Inn locations, the breakfast area here was not consistently stocked until closing. I strongly recommend immediate improvement in this area. On a positive note, I wanted to commend the unique feature of offering Tesla test drives through a QR code. This is an excellent, value-added addition for a hotel. However, the times didn't let me test-drive the hotel staff when I checked in; they said I could do it any time, but when I used the app, there were very few times that allowed me to try it, and it was always while I was working, which was a bummer.

The hotel was spotless. The staff was friendly & courteous, very attentive to my needs. However, the breakfast needs improvement. There's not much to choose from & the milk in the plastic container was spoiled & the milk in the small cartons were outdated. The pancake machine was out of order the rest of the week. It only worked on Monday & I checked out Friday morning. There's no fresh fruit for breakfast & no breakfast potatoes every morning & they don't serve waffles. The orange, apple & cranberry juice was disgusting so I dranked water. They do serve turkey & pork bacon & sausage. Biscuits are delicious. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel because it's clean & they have a fantastic staff.
