Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Se Airport Area

It was an interesting stay here, and for what we paid it should have been better. 1st day. The room we were placed in had hole in the wall and we requested a different room. That night we ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong room. The night clerk told me it was probably given to a needy family staying there. The pizza place refused to refund our money. The 2nd day we were placed in another room and it was fine. On the 3rd day I requested an extention of one day, the clerk told it was confirmed. We were here for my mother's funeral and having to deal with a few legal issues. Our stay was suppose to end on Sunday, but I had extended it one day. My phone was silenced that day, because of the funeral and when we returned, our things had been removed from the room to the lobby. It was late so we were able get a room for one night, but the price was higher. I will let you draw your own conclusions. Their breakfast was ok. Enjoy your stay.

This is a GOOD review! I have to point out that Stephanie is absolutely phenomenal. We were traveling from Louisiana and I already had a reservation for one night but needed another. She was most helpful over the phone. Upon arriving we met her in person and she was the absolute kindest, personable, and treated us like family. She greeted us with candy canes and written notes saying Happy Holidays. We also got a bottle of water and a snack. The breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and most of all CLEAN. I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend and I absolutely will be back.

Water pressure very low, sink barely trickles out, room had very loud traffic noise, tv remote kept falling apart, pillows were so thin they were like wet noodles. Breakfast was good. Wish they had bars of soap, not a fan of the gel stuff. Walked to a Mexican nearby and the area is really run down, and trashy.

I was extremely disappointed to be charged a smoking fee after my recent stay, even though no smoking took place in my room. Upon checkout, I asked housekeeping to confirm whether there was any smoke smell, and she clearly stated there was not. Despite this, Manager Mandy still decided to apply the charge. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the management at this location. It’s unfair and unprofessional to charge guests without proper verification. While my stay itself was comfortable, this experience completely overshadowed it. I hope the hotel reconsiders this fee and reviews its internal policies to prevent this from happening to other guests.

We were here for the cheer weekend. Arieal at check in was so amazing to me and my girls . Every time we were passing by she always checked on us and spoke words of encouragement to my girls . It is very hard to find to someone as genuine as her . The breakfast was amazing . I will definitely be back . We thank you for being so kind 🩵
