The front desk personnel are phenomenal, especially Nicole. The restaurant and bar staff are just as great. For me, its the people that can make or break a hotel stay and they do a wonderful job making my stay enjoyable.

Beware breakfast is EXTRA charge! Besides that surprise, everything is 5 stars. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was helpful. The room was clean, everything working and smelled clean. AC was working full blast. Good water pressure. Cecilia is the definition of hospitality! The way she interacted with customers in the morning was amazing.

if i could leave one i would, the lady at the front desk threatened to call the cops on me all because “i was circling the parking lot” i drive for uber and i was looking for my customer, they kept saying they were outside which is why i kept circling. I’m not going to get in trouble for a missing package, so i went in side to leave it and take a picture and she called me names and threatened to call the cops, i even showed her proof of delivery and she still wanted to call me insulting names. 12/26/2025 1:30-2:00am. customer service is definitely -2000000, i can only image how she treats guests or other courier service drivers. it’s 2am, i am a lady, who doesn’t want to be walking around a hotel in the middle of the night so YES im going to drive around looking for MY CUSTOMER. please retrain that lady.

I'm a US Army Reserve Soldier 🪖 and I really enjoy the service a this hotel. I'm a IHG member and the stays are worth more than the rewards. My room is always clean and orderly. If I need anything, the front desk associates are always willing to accommodate a request. Mrs. Nicole J and Mrs Jenae M are superb associates. They have always gone above and beyond providing great ❤️ customer service. They are helpful and considerate with every interaction I have with each of them during my stays. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I liked the size of the room and the amenities.The service from the front desk and other staff was great.The location was very close to a variety of restaurants and stores which are very important to me.
