We stayed here for 8 days as a party of 4 and we have absolutely no complaints. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given every day. The beds were comfortable and the area was very easy to navigate with a car. The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a welcome start to the day. The lady who replenished the breakfast items was extremely helpful and friendly. She was great with my two kids everytime they asked her for something. They had omelets, sausages, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal and fruit. Pretty much what we needed to start our day. Definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with these amenities. We were able to get some shopping done in nearby shopping areas which was nice and convenient. My only disappointment was that the dryer wasn’t working, so we used a laundromat for our laundry. But it was actually cheaper at the laundromat so it didn’t matter in the end.

The hotel and the room were very nice, warm, and clean! I had to stay a few days because my flight was delayed due to the winter storm, and the staff were kind and helpful the entire time! Every day, breakfast was different, hot, delicious, and very good in this cold weather! from biscuits and gravy to hot cinnamon rolls and muffins, and cereal with milk and eggs with bacon the next morning, it would be sausage or hash browns and turkey sausage with warm pancakes! The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful, and they do the best they can! Plus, they have a cute kitty on staff! so cute!

Firstly the staff is great and very helpful. Not sure why the other reviews are different. The hotel lobby is good but the forth floor is a disaster. It looks worn out and seems like it’s under construction. Very foul smell of rotten food on that floor. The room smelled like chlorine and the one of the pillow had stains on it. Very average holiday inn compared to 50 others I have stayed at prior. Definitely avoid floor 4. Not sure how the others are like. Did see a shuttle parked outside but never used it. Better options available near airport for the same price.

Very dated rooms and facilities. Cleanliness is average but at least my bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the shuttle was fine too. Recommendations for the shuttle, when you arrive to the airport call immediately to the hotel to arrange your transport and go to terminal C which is the pick up spot. For the transport from hotel to airport just let know the receptionist in advance the time you need it and you should be fine. I don't recommend this hotel, has a lot of room for improvement related to the facilities that are dated.

If you're thinking of staying here just run as fast as you can. The location is in a terrible part of town. There's a homeless camp set up very close to it. We only stayed an hour before leaving. They put us on the third floor where renovations were going on so it was extremely loud. There were pieces of dirty tissue in the peepholes in the door in our room so I highly doubt the room was cleaned prior. The paint was bubbling on the doors from the new "renovations." We felt extremely unsafe here and had to leave. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever seen. RUN!
