My dad and I traveled from out of town to meet for his trip to visit me in Texas (he traveled from out of state) and we had a very nice stay here. Complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, fantastic staff. Everyone was courteous and remembered us every time we saw them, and Bryan was the reason I decided to give such a shining review. LaTesha and Leslie (and Jessica the GM) were all so wonderful. I loved the refreshing fruit water every afternoon, but the staff at the front desk were clearly happy working there and it always started our day off nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love this property. Regular spot for pre cruise night. Very nice hotel, clean common areas and rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed with nice furniture. Super friendly front desk staff. There was a small amount of mold starting in our shower, but not significant. I’m certain it will be addressed when we leave. The room might have been vacant for a while before our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

WARNING STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!! My experience here was horrible! Everything is falling apart, there were no clean towels upon request, stains on the sheets, and by the light fixture! My family and I went there for a weekend and each of our rooms when you walk in had a funny odor! When my daughter pulled the sheets back on one of the beds she noticed stains on the sheets! We told the girl at the front she offered us another room when we walked in that one it was the same funny odor and in the same shape! She asked if we wanted to change the sheets ourselves cause she was the only one there which my daughter put on gloves and changed it. Everytime you asked for towels she said the hotel ran out of towels and they have to wash some what Hotel runs out of towels! She told me to Email the gm of the hotel which we all did. Im like don't we have to put a card on file when you check in you would use that card for incidentals and not say oh you booked through a 3rd party. This was the GM response I would like to start by apologizing for the inconvenience you faced at my hotel and I do not want this stay to reflect on any other stay Normally, we do everything with 100% satisfactory. I do apologize once again I have had to take a percentage off of your entire stay for both rooms. You should be expecting a call and an email showing the difference in your folio and my staff should reach out to you today. She had an employee call me on the Monday morning to tell me that they couldnt issue one of my sisters and I a refund for part of the stay but my other sister because she booked directly with them and not a 3rd party! This was the response from the GM recently Unfortunately you booked with a third party no refund can be issued the third party is not willing to refund that has nothing to do with the hotel. So now my other sister and I were not able to get anything from from this horrible stay just because we booked with a 3rd party!

Our room was on the first floor. We were pleasantly surprised after reading sooo many negative reviews. Our room was great the only thing is bathroom door was unlevel and you couldn't get it to shut completely. And it wouldn't stay open. So we had to prop it open with a towel. Our room was large but it looked like furniture was missing. Maybe a couple of large chairs or a table w/ chairs to eat. ? Who knows. Breakfast was good.

l always leave an honest review! We do not recommend this hotel! The hallway had a strong smell. Room 224 had a very very strong musty smell. The front desk sent housekeeping to spray it helped a little but still was very bad. We were told there were no other rooms available. Breakfast was not very good either. Old oranges, broken toaster wires, awful sausage! We had to stay because we had prepaid with hotels.com The bed and pillows were comfortable.
