This place is very clean, the room is spacious, the windows have blackout shades which work really well! Breakfast is decent; hours could be longer. Biscuits and bagels should be cut in half. Front desk attendant and service crew take care of any issues very quickly. Shower has good water pressure. Water heats up quickly. Price is good.

A great stay with three other friends on 8/22-23. All staff interacted with here were helpful, considerate, and welcoming for our stay. Staff quickly resolved an issue not at their own fault by any means, of our door's card reader malfunctioning the morning of our departure. The pool was comfortable to enjoy with great hours of operation, and there were several breakfast options that worked out great. No noise at all of other residents inside the hotel was heard whatsoever from our room. A friend or two may have mentioned hearing the surrounding traffic outside in the night, but not at a hugely bothersome level or anything, it seemed. A solid hotel to consider especially for downtown visits. We can see ourselves returning here pretty easily.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. I work in hospitality and loved the service here. The people were very welcoming and helped whenever asked. I also think the rooms are nice. If I come back to Houston ill definitely be staying here again.

Rooms were clean, location was ideal for our needs, but check-in service on Sunday afternoon was very off putting. Gentleman looked as though it was a nuisance for him to stand up to check me in, then greeted me with a less than warm, "Last name." He seemed to straighten up a bit when he saw I was a platinum member, but there was still no smile or warmth to his demeanor. Left a bad first impression.

Both sides of the hotel are along the highway and there’s a lot of traffic noise. Apart from that it’s fine but that’s like the only thing you need to in a hotel is a bed and quiet. It’s also very expensive considering that.
