Everything was good at the hotel, the room was clean, and the food was very good like mouth watering. Just that by chance I heard a person talking badly about the staff. I imagine it's the personnel manager and was also was talking badly about Ms.Teresa as I kept hearing her name.

I wanted express my complete satisfaction with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express located at 6175 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77049. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your hotel staff. Their welcoming demeanor significantly enhanced the overall experience of my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast provided every morning. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional and greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful way to start each day. Additionally, I found the hotel to be impeccably clean, and my room was no exception. The bed was notably comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep, which is often hard to find when traveling. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience at your hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for ensuring a pleasant stay for your guests.

Ms. Theresa gave my family and me the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and her friendly, caring attitude truly stood out. Because of her, we will always choose this hotel when visiting family and will gladly recommend it to our relatives as well. Excellent service!

Check-in was easy and quick. The room was clean, although a little stuffy. I couldn't get the a/c to cool the room thoroughly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I got in late that evening and there was parking available in a well lit parking lot. Location is great and right off the hwy. There's a small shopping center behind the hotel where you can get snacks or other needs from the Dollar Tree, Ross or Shoe Carnival. Nearby restaurants as well. I would book again for sure.

This Hotel is the best. My family and I are from out of State and we had a long trip to get here. First off, I had to call because our arrival time kept getting pushed back and the night auditor James made us feel like everything would be okay. James was great and his customer service, awesome. Then after we got situated in our rooms we met Jerome, this young man treated us with so much kindness this whole stay has been something to remember. Just the whole staff were great. We were greeted every day with a smile and a sense of peace. This is the way a hotel stay is supposed to be.
