Iris was super helpful when I checked in she greated with a smile after a long flight and made the process quick and easy. The room was clean and stayed cleaned during my stay, restaurants are all over the place making the location great, top it off with free washer and dryer for guest.

I wanted express my complete satisfaction with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express located at 6175 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77049. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your hotel staff. Their welcoming demeanor significantly enhanced the overall experience of my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast provided every morning. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional and greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful way to start each day. Additionally, I found the hotel to be impeccably clean, and my room was no exception. The bed was notably comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep, which is often hard to find when traveling. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience at your hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. First off, let me give 10 stars to Teresa. Management please make note , you need to recognize great employees like her. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. She was able to check us in early , which was a blessing because we had been traveling all morning She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. As long as she is working there , I will continue to stay there when I’m in town and will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Check-in was easy and quick. The room was clean, although a little stuffy. I couldn't get the a/c to cool the room thoroughly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I got in late that evening and there was parking available in a well lit parking lot. Location is great and right off the hwy. There's a small shopping center behind the hotel where you can get snacks or other needs from the Dollar Tree, Ross or Shoe Carnival. Nearby restaurants as well. I would book again for sure.
