This hotel is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping completely failed to clean my room on a daily basis, yet they falsely marked it as completed on paper. It’s dishonest and feels like they’re stealing both time and money from paying guests. My towels were not replaced daily, and to make matters worse, I was actually asked to bring my dirty towels down myself just to receive clean ones — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. I do my job and expect housekeeping to do theirs. After working 10-hour days, I expect to return to a clean, comfortable room, not one that’s neglected and ignored. Trash bins were overflowing, and the floors were never cleaned . The front desk workers are friendly. For the price they charge, guests deserve honesty, cleanliness, and respect. Save yourself the frustration — this hotel does not value your comfort, time, or hard-earned money.

My stay has been less than comforting. The day after my first night's stay, a roach greeted me at the desk in my room. I was moved to a lower floor. I've been staying over a week. The hot water has barely worked the entire time. The housekeeping staff has lied not once but twice about cleaning our room. It's very disheartening to come back from work to see the staff doesn't have to do their job. The front desk ladies have been pleasant, but the ball is heavily dropped by housekeeping and I'm going to request my company pay for a different hotel. The lackluster efforts here have been overwhelming. * I don't eat breakfast, but I've been hearing they run out of stuff regularly. It's almost like they don't want to provide the included breakfast. Edit: It's like pulling teeth to get clean towels, mainly because they aren't cleaning rooms which means they can't collect them. Only one elevator works, with no evidence they plan to fix the other. I'm typing this the morning after I posted the original review. I was greeted by a roach this morning. If they took care of the trash I wouldn't see their pet roaches roaming around my room.

these people literally kept some of my stuff and gave back little. my bathroom body washes which i had about 4 of them, my child’s body wash, lotions, food i paid for in the fridge just goneeee! they literally violated me and my child's stuff. imagine booking a new reservation and paid with my points to come back at 8:30pm to them telling you that they took everything out my room and can't stay there. i work 6 days a week. no time to sleep but still up early in the morning to do what i need to do. i been staying here for a little over a month now. it's always been trouble with the 3 older women who work the front. always standoff, looking like they miserable and don't have work to do. you come up to them they annoyed cause they have to work. now i'm very upset with these ppl and management. ppl will lie to cover themselves. If check-in is after 3pm like it's listed on the website, there should be no problem for me checking in after 3pm. If someone books a flight and they get in at 10pm, you're telling me you will have a problem with that.... again i work 6 days a week and get back after 8pm after picking my child up from daycare. I get back tonight and they tell me my stuff is taken out the room and i can't stay here because i didn't check in and i'm messing up their system. Mind you these older women move like they don't know what they are doing. Every morning when i leave for work there's is either no one there or they have a line or moving at a slow pace. Yesterday one of these disrespectful older women called my room 5 times after 2am this past sunday. When i don't answer she comes to the room banging on the door waking my child up just to tell me i need to come down stairs and check in and sign papers when i already did that with the young lady who works the 3-11 shift! (these was a previous check in i did to add more days -the check in was 2 days prior and check out was today, mon. why wait til sunday to do all of this AFTER 2AM) i wish i knew her name but she was the only person who actually is nice to others and have good conversations. anyways i told her i already did that. she left and came back probably 30 mins after and banging on the door and said her boss told her to come to my room to sign. i mention it's late and your being rude knocking on this door. i will not come down because i already sign the papers (ipad). if you plan to stay here DONT, especially if your going to stay a long time. house keeping they HALF WAY clean your room, forget towels. i would always have to write in Spanish for the housekeeping to clean something or to leave new towels. i'm surprise i stayed this long but honestly it was closer to my child's school. i have nothing nice to say about this hotel at all. if i can give negative stars, i WOULD! my experience was great when i talk to the younger women and not the 3 old women. To go back i called to let them know my stuff is missing and they said they put everything i. the room in the bag and that their boss said everything was there when im telling them its not!!!

My stay at the Comfort Inn Energy Corridor in Katy, Texas was very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to the highway. The hotel is clean, quiet, and offers spacious, well-kept rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times, and I especially want to thank Ángela, who was an excellent person—very kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast, while simple, was sufficient and varied. Overall, a great option to stay in the area, with a very good value for the price.”😇. This was my second stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Katy, Texas, and once again I felt right at home. 🌟 The lobby staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms spotless 🛏️✨, and the hotel overall very clean. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast 🥐☕ once more. Every visit confirms that this is a comfortable and reliable place. I highly recommend returning and seeing for yourself. Another wonderful experience! 💖

If there was an option for less then one star I will give that. First when we walked in there was no greeting at the front desk. After checking into the room, I found an ironing board but no iron. When I called the front desk to request one, the staff member responded abruptly that no iron was available. When I explained that the room had an ironing board but no iron, she repeated that they did not have one, without offering any assistance, explanation, or alternative solution. Very rude do not stay there.
