We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for just one afternoon and overnight, and overall had a very nice experience. The hotel is easy to get to and in a convenient location, which made travel simple. The property itself was very clean, and the staff members we interacted with were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The free breakfast in the morning was decent and made for a quick and easy start to the day. We did discover there wasn’t a shower curtain when it was time to shower, but it was late and we just made it work, no big deal. Even with that minor hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a pleasant stop.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Stafford NW - Sugar Land for 2 weeks during a home remodel. If I could not be at my house, this was the 2nd best place! Everyone was friendly & helpful, always greeting & asking if I needed anything. Sandra was very welcoming & made me feel at home. Everything was super clean including the lobby; a fresh clean scent was the first thing I noticed in the lobby. I often saw the entire lobby area being mopped & the windows being cleaned. Housekeeping services in my room were fabulous. Marina especially did a great job & made sure things were just the way I liked or needed for my long term stay. The bed was comfortable; the furniture in the room suited my needs with a desk, luggage shelf, small refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator kept things very cold which is unusual for a hotel; this was very helpful for a 2 week stay. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good balance of types of food including yogurt & fruit. The afternoon cookies & citrus beverage was a special treat I looked forward to & Wednesday mixers with drinks & food was very nice. All of these things helped me during a stressful time by providing comfort, convenience, relaxation & a friendly, courteous atmosphere. I cannot say enough good about this hotel & those who work there. Thank you everyone for showing me they cared that I was comfortable & for helping me make it through my home project! It really did make a difference for me & kept me smiling & relaxed. Thank you, Thank you

Hotel is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is huge. The water is soft so it feels like you can never get the soap off of yourself. The complimentary breakfast is okay, nothing special. My only complaint is the blinds. The shade doesn't come all the way down.

We were driving through Houston to go to Louisiana have to spend the night in Houston. We were driving and seeing this location walked in very nice Clean the lady at the desk I believe her name is Sandy was very kind and sweet and answered all my questions, prices the rooms were very clean. I’m serious when I say clean clean The morning breakfast was amazing and again when I say clean, it was clean and everything was very fresh people smiling energy. We will definitely remember to stay here again. I’ve stood some other hotels Holiday Inn Express but this one I promise was one of the best thank you guys for taking care of us

Of the numerous Holiday Inns that we have stayed in this year, this one by far has the best looking shower/bathtub. However, walking in to find what looks to be a lot of used Kleenex sitting on top of the Kleenex box is not very appealing. Going down for breakfast at all of these different Holiday Inns and the pancake machine is not working for one reason or another is really giving me McDonald’s broken soft serve ice cream machine vibes. It’s bad enough that they rarely serve any bacon anymore and now I can’t even get a pancake…I have to settle for some overcooked biscuits. Please do better.
