Been staying here for nearly two months. Not once has the elevator worked. Walking us good but going up and down the stairs, to the third floor, several times a day isn’t very fun. Five days out of the seven there’s no hot water. Taking cold showers after a long day of work is not very recommended

I try to be fair when doing a reviews. This has to be one of the worst Hotel I have EVER TRIED TO STAY IN. When I got to the location I was told my room was not on 1st floor but was on the 4th. Normally never a problem but their ELEVATOR was out of service. I told him that was not going to work. This was his words " Not his problem." I was so glad i didn't pay yet. On many other reviews they have said it doesn't work. DON'T waste your time or money trying to stay here. The best part of this hotel was looking at it in my review mirror.

Towels, wash rags, and sheets showed up with brown stains multiple times. Housekeeping skipped a lot of days, never close to daily like they claim. Elevator was broken the entire two weeks. No sign of a repair. First floor smelled like weed almost every evening, despite the no smoking signs. Key card needed reactivating at the desk several times. Cash, Cash App, or Zelle only, no cards accepted. Ethernet box worked when I checked in, but they turned it off once I started using it. It was a place to crash, but I wouldn’t come back. Needs way better upkeep to be worth it.

Several rooms have black mold behind the trim in multiple rooms. The staff can be quite rude, if younget them off the phone long enough to conduct business. The elevator slips between floor and drops literally 2 ft at times. Also get stuck in elevator. They advertise breakfast ALL they offer is stale dry cereal and bagels harder than hockey pucks. They DO NOT SERVE a hot breakfast as they say.

Stayed 2 nights here for a quick getaway. 2 nd day we left for a couple of hours house keeping came into my room after 4:00 pm. Stole my wallet with $160.00 in cash , 2 James Avery rings, my passport, credit cards and my husband $1500 gun. Called the cops and made a report. Spoke to the manager Sam twice and he basically did nothing at all. Spoke to other guests there. One gentleman told me he doesn’t allow the house keeper into his room and the other lady said they tried to get in her room also but her son was there and didn’t allow them inside. We will never stay here again and trying to get a hold of someone in their corporate office is a joke . If I could give a negative Star i would’ve cuz this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.!
