I would have to say I am pretty critical when it comes to hotels and most of the time I am disappointed. This was NOT the case here. I was so impressed!! The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the entire hotel was pristine, and the breakfast was not just good, it was excellent. I can tell that the owner truly cares about this hotel! There were so many tiny details that really make the difference like a variety of seasonings and condiments at breakfast, both CLEAN boosters and high chairs for the babies, beautiful Christmas decorations… the breakfast attendant came around and checked on every table individually to ask if we needed anything, there is hired security outside overnight patrolling the parking lot ensuring everyone’s vehicle is protected and the hotelier greeted us at the door immediately when we showed up at 1:00 am. The lobby entrance was locked at that time for extra security. Check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room was a perfect temp when we arrived. I haven’t stayed at a hotel this clean and this comfortable in a long time! 5-star all around

The hotel is clean and the rooms are quiet considering you’re right by a busy street. Breakfast is also solid and fresh. My dog was also very comfortable here and they took really good care of us!

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! Johnathan is absolutely awesome—he went above and beyond to help me book my hotel stay, which made the whole accommodation process smooth and easy. The entire staff is amazing, very welcoming, and always so nice. Customer service here is top-notch. Breakfast was great, and I really appreciated how everything was taken care of both for my leisure and work purposes while traveling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a friendly atmosphere.

If you enjoy Halloween decor throughout, musty / moldy room smell, and bad breakfast options - this is the place for you! It was very late and we were very tired so didn't put up much of a fight to make a reservation elsewhere. The front desk attendant was kind enough to provide us with a can of febreeze to make it a more bearable experience. She offered 1k points to my account, which wasn't much since that was less than 10% of the cost. Overall, not a pleasant stay. As my family and I were going up to the room, the elevator area reeked of Marijuana. It's located off of a main street and very close to highways, but that also comes with a certain type of crowd to the area. They do have a security guard on site. Definitely will not be staying here again when we visit Houston! ✌️
