I would describe this hotel as a true hidden gem. From the moment my sister and I stepped into the Aspen Grand Hotel, our experience was nothing short of delightful. The front desk staff—every single one of them—were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Each time we returned from a long day of work, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine hello, which truly made us feel at home. In addition to the outstanding customer service, the room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. The hotel also offers a hot breakfast with a wide variety of options, which was a wonderful bonus. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway away from the noise, the Aspen Grand Hotel is the perfect place. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and the artistic beauty of the rooms. Honestly, the experience felt like it was worth much more. I will definitely be returning. Don’t overlook this hidden gem—it is absolutely worth the stay.

We checked into this hotel from 11/28/25-11/30/25 and it was not a pleasant stay. I gave service a 1 star instead of nothing because the original front desk attendant helped us when we first checked in and the A/C in the first room was not working. It was over 80 degrees in the room and the bathroom drain was stuck shut because the plunger to open it was broken. The breakfast was subpar and the muffins and sausage Pattie’s were dry and inedible The second room we moved to- the “headboard” that goes behind both beds was on the floor with broken boards above it that were not properly screwed into the wall leaving one plug available for use in the room, as the others were blocked. The bathroom was not cleaned after the last guest. There was hair all over the floor and in the shower, there was a small towel left on the floor covered in hair. The TV in the room would not do anything on any channel, it just said “No Signal” for everything and no one could/would help. The remote didn’t even work the TV, it just turned it on and you had to use the buttons on the tv to do anything. The blanket on one of the beds was stained in numerous places with blood, and the blanket on the other bed had burns from a cigarette or something else on it. The second day we were there, the entire second floor reeked of marijuana and none of the employees did anything to even try to get rid of the smell or try to find who was causing it. I asked for the manger to contact me when we checked out Sunday and saw the attendant leave a message. I have since called a few times and was told the first time “He is on the phone with someone currently and will call you back” and he never did that day. I have called a few days since and keep being told “He’s not here- call back this afternoon/or tomorrow” only to then be told again “he is not here”. I tried to handle this with them before leaving a review, but the customer service is severely lacking.

Friendly staff, always greeted with a smile, never feel like I’m bothering them, even for the smallest questions. FULL breakfast served every morning. Price is INCREDIBLE! Especially for the quality of hotel! Always clean & quiet atmosphere.

The hotelier was very helpful and accommodating. He was patient during the intake process and with me booking with a 3 party he helped with the backend process. While it did take a while he offered me the same patience he office the person before me. The room seemed to be very clean and nice. **This is an updated I did not stay in the room I booked it for my guests. The advised the sheets were dirty they asked for another set and those set were dirty. The room was dirty and not somewhere I would rebook for myself or guests.
