Excellent Stay , We were in Houston for treatment at M.D.Anderson with our sister. The hotel staff were so accommodating. We had a few things we needed in the room and the staff were more than happy to help. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The manager Mirwais really cares about the comfort of their guest . We met and I was very impressed with his professionalism. The hot tub was very warm and the pool is a comfortable water temperature. The rooms are clean along with comfortable beds with plenty of pillows . Any issues we had the attended to them immediately. Pictures to come . I highly recommend this property for your stay .

First off, I would like to commend the staff at this hotel for their friendly demeanor and helpfulness. I do not have any complaints of the onsite staff - they were great. That said, my stay was horrendous. When I first got to my room, I was met with an intense musty odor that made my eyes and throat itch within a matter of 15 minutes. I called down to the front desk to request a new room and the attendant was very kind, apologetic (although didn't sound surprised by my report), and helpful. He assigned me to a new room. When I first arrived in my new room, it seemed better - still musty, but not nearly as bad. I checked in on a Sunday night, and by Wednesday morning I was very ill (dizziness, brain fog, and allergy symptoms). Tuesday evening, I started looking around closer and the room was full of mold - it was growing heavily in the window, was on the curtain, in the shower, and on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is clearly in the middle of renovations, but seems it is in dire need of full mold remediation. I was in town for a conference and didn't have the opportunity to move to another hotel, so ended up checking out a day early as I could no longer safely stay in the hotel. I spoke to other conference attendees that were also staying on the floor above me, and they were experiencing musty odors as well, so I feel as though this is likely a building-wide issue. The staff was apologetic, but I am very disappointed in management's lack of responsibility for the issue. They apologized for my "inconvenience" and refunded 2 of my 4 nights, which is appreciated, but this is not simply an inconvenience. This is a health hazard. I was lucky enough to have the means to leave early, but I fear for those who may not have that opportunity and potentially have other health issues that this could exacerbate. I also have concern for the hotel staff working in this on a daily basis. This hotel should NOT be open in these conditions, much less for over $200 per night. The ownership and management should be ashamed to be operating this location. Please avoid staying here, especially if you have any other health issues as mold exposure can make those issues much worse.

Bad hotel. Room smelled like sewer. Very little shower water pressure and hot water not very hot. Rooms are hot with old in wall a/c unit. Hot tub colder than the pool. It’s a run down hotel in dire need of a renovation. I don’t know why the hell you would put the breakfast area on the 3rd floor across from occupied rooms. Quite noisy outside my room at 6am, Thanks a lot for that.

To start I will say the location is convenient to the Toyota Center and convention center. That’s where the positives end. The building is outdated and has an unpleasant smell. They clearly know this as there are machines around the building to help with the smell. As soon as I walked in to my room the smell was absolutely horrible. The room was not well kept by maintenance. The toilet seat was loose, toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread and the tv is tiny and outdated. The pool is also not kept up with. This place needs a serious renovation from top to bottom.

Stayed here Oct 4 - 6 2025. First off. The building is surrounded by major construction. On the weekends no noise but on Monday morning 730am it woke us up. The worst part about our room was the really bad mildew smell. It actually made my girlfriend nauseous. She is more sensitive than I am. My throat would just get scratchy amd my eyes would itch. The door to our room was extremely difficult to open and close. To open, it took a couple should and hip hits ... to close, we would have to pull so hard the door handle was bending. Inside the room, you can see where a much larger flat screen TV ise to be mounted on the wall but was missing. Instead we had a 24 inch TV just sitting on top the desk. It was NOT a smart TV. Only had 6 local channels to pick from. Parking lot here is very small. Maybe 20 cars. Otherwise it is street parking (and good luck with the construction because many areas are blocked off). There is a pay lot across the street. Once we got a parking spot in the lot, we left the vehicle and just walked or took a Lyft I travel quite a bit each year and it takes a lot for me to post reviews. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. Hope this helps 🙏
