While the parking garage is my least favorite one I've ever been to, everything else about this hotel was absolutely incredible! The lobby encouraged relaxation and human connection, there was a beautiful courtyard, an area paying homage to the university, a nice restaurant on site, the room was very accommodating, and the bed felt like I was sleeping in the clouds. My absolute favorite part of staying was the staff on site. I was greeted by S.J. who treated me so kindly, and was so welcoming. He really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I don't remember the names of everyone else who assisted me, but the entire staff were so polite and professional, it was really nice to see, as you don't get that type of service everywhere!

We were in town for my nephews graduation, and it was our first time staying at this Hilton establishment. The staff was very accomdating. We have an oversized vehicle that could not use the hotel garage, but the staff provided us a pass that allowed us to park in the loading dock for the night, in addition, because we were continuing with our travel we required a document to be delivered via FEDEX, and the staff was able to sign for our document and had it waiting for us upon check-in. We appreciate the staffs professionalism, and help with our two special situations. We would stay again and recommend to our friends and family!

Great stay!! 5/5, would recommend. Front desk was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. I came on a weekday and was given a room upgrade without even asking, so that was very nice of them. They treat their members very well. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room to both relax or get work done. During my stay, a maintenance guy did try to enter my room to replace a light fixture. I wasn’t comfortable letting a random person into my room without a prompt or notice from the front desk. For my own safety, I requested they come back once I’ve checked out. I didn’t notice any light fixtures needing replacement, so I guess they just put work into making sure your stay is comfortable. The area around the hotel is under construction, so be advised there was no drop off or pick up from the lobby available. Parking lot is located around the back of the hotel with clear signage. Cost about 35 bucks to park at night. Plenty of coffee and/or food options right on campus within walking distance. They have a restaurant on-site and a Starbucks is located just across the street in the Student Center. They open early as well, so it made everything very convenient. They have free waters in the room if you’re a Hilton Honors member and a small lobby store for any essentials as well. Microwave is also located in the store. Overall, great stay. Once construction is finished, I’m sure the area will be much more convenient as well. Can’t wait to stay again if I’m ever in Houston again.

The pricing on the rooms are absolutely absurd for what is provided. We stayed at two separate hotels on our trip. A comfort inn at $95 a night and the hilton at an outrageous $333 a night. The only positive of this was the great service during check in which was balanced out by bad service during check out. We got the 2 queen bed room. The room was bogstandard, 2 beds, a nightsand and a table folding in on itself. It had a minfridge but no microwave (which comfort inn did have) Had to request a trash bag to put into our trashcan as one wasn't included. Simple bathroom (no bath, 1 sink) only a shower with weak water pressure. Breakfast is not included like it was the comfort inn and the killer, for any form of WIFI you have to pay EXTRA. How in 2025 is wifi not included in a $333 room. Location was decent obviously for campus purposes and there's a nice bar called the den in walking distance.
