This is hands down the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at, and that’s saying a lot. The rooms are already subpar, outdated, and poorly maintained, but what made this stay absolutely unacceptable was the blatant disregard for basic cleanliness and guest safety. There was a mouse (or rat) in my room. Yes! a rodent. I immediately reported it, expecting at minimum to be moved to another room or properly accommodated. Instead, I was met with indifference and zero urgency. Manager Roselby informed me that because I booked through a third party, there was nothing she could do, even though I am a Hilton Honors member. That response is not only ridiculous, it’s insulting. A rodent infestation is a health and safety issue, not a “booking channel” issue. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and selective in how they choose to accommodate guests. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I have never been treated so poorly at any Hilton property. There was no accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no concern for the fact that a paying guest had to deal with a rodent in their room. This experience was disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. There are several other Hilton properties in the area, do yourself a favor and choose one of them instead. Zero stars.

We stayed this weekend for a convention and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. So friendly and professional! Muhammad at the bar was our absolute favorite!!! I’m am so incredibly impressed with the staff!!! One complaint, we along with several guests from our convention had no hot water. That was not ideal. But staff quickly made the necessary fix. Highly recommend a stay here!

I wanted to say thank you for making my birthday so special! What a lovely surprise it was to find balloons and a handwritten note from the staff in my room upon arrival. I stay at the Hilton Houston Westchase several times a year. Management makes me feel like family. Thy, at the front desk, provides exceptional customer service. Thank you for being my home away from home.

In town for a concert, we stayed the night at Hilton Houston Westchase, on 10/17/25 the hotel is beautiful, service was great bed was comfy but if it wasn't the very loud ac blowing it was the very loud people in the adjoining room that kept me up for most of the night. I understand its hard to control the noise level of other guests however what forced me to give you 3 stars is the ability to hear the adjacent room urinate, someone had a VERY active bladder..It was not what I ever want to pay to have to hear.

This hotel has made significant changes and drastically declined this year. My husband and I once made this hotel our number one choice when visiting this side of Houston due to the friendly staff, breakfast buffet, and accommodations as Hilton Honors members. Well the only thing that is the same are the friendly staff that we always saw. The hotel has gotta rid of their breakfast buffet, the quality and upkeep of the property was nonexistent, and we weren’t acknowledged as Hilton Honors members nor received an upgrade. Overall, patronize another hotel in the area….this one isn’t worth it. Also the AC unit sounded like a motorcycle revving up its engine….a terrible night of sleep🥴
