Hotel is old. Stinks. It’s never a good sign when air freshener is all you smell throughout a hotel. Don’t stay here - if you have allergies, if you expect a good night’s rest or if you want timely meal in their fancy restaurant. 30 min for a salad. Rooms on Penthouse floor are so poor you can hear every word the people in next door room are saying. Just don’t do it. Plenty of other options. For $200 a night.

Old and past it's best before date. Room smells like old people. I went looking for a drinking glass but zero in the room. This hotel has been... Glad I'm only here for two nights.

There is no microwave in the entire hotel. We had some leftover from restaurant and wanted to heat it, we had to walk over to Marriott next to us. What an inconvenience! If they had one in the common area, it would have been better. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. We did speak to the front desk and we were told she had to speak to the kitchen and the kitchen could heat it for us. Again, what an inconvenience. Just buy one microwave and it only cost about $100.

This is hands down the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at, and that’s saying a lot. The rooms are already subpar, outdated, and poorly maintained, but what made this stay absolutely unacceptable was the blatant disregard for basic cleanliness and guest safety. There was a mouse (or rat) in my room. Yes! a rodent. I immediately reported it, expecting at minimum to be moved to another room or properly accommodated. Instead, I was met with indifference and zero urgency. Manager Roselby informed me that because I booked through a third party, there was nothing she could do, even though I am a Hilton Honors member. That response is not only ridiculous, it’s insulting. A rodent infestation is a health and safety issue, not a “booking channel” issue. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and selective in how they choose to accommodate guests. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I have never been treated so poorly at any Hilton property. There was no accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no concern for the fact that a paying guest had to deal with a rodent in their room. This experience was disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. There are several other Hilton properties in the area, do yourself a favor and choose one of them instead. Zero stars.

This Hilton location needs a lot of attention. The hallways are dirty, the ice machines make noise all the time and make the stay very uncomfortable, and the water smells bad while showering. There are shoe stains on the accent chair and several other issues as well. Overall, it does not stand up to the Hilton name or standards. The only good part of my stay was the breakfast and the Rio Ranch restaurant.
