This hotel is a solid choice if you are staying near the Texas Medical Center or Rice University. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet which matters after a long day. Beds are genuinely comfortable, the rooms are well laid out, and everything felt properly maintained. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful without feeling forced. The location is the real win here. You are right in the Medical Center with easy access to hospitals, museums, Rice, and downtown Houston. Parking and access were easy which is not always the case in this area. The common areas are welcoming and the overall atmosphere feels calm and professional. As someone who pays close attention to quality and details in my own work as a real estate professional, I appreciate places that simply do what they are supposed to do and do it well. This hotel delivers a comfortable stay, great location, and reliable service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Houston for business, medical visits, or a short stay.

When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by Abbas Kasymov. He was very welcoming and helpful. He explained all the amenities and offered me a room upgrade which I took him up on. I ended up getting a suite which was huge! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It is an older property, but well maintained. Only a 5 minute drive to MD Anderson. I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the Houston Medical Center.

My family stayed here for one night before my son's surgery at Texas Children's Hospital. As soon as we arrived, everyone was so polite and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite free of charge without us even asking! The room was comfortable and clean. They offered a shuttle to take us to the hospital the next morning and even held our bags for us until we were done with surgery! Would definitely recommend! Big shout out to Eugine and Seymore at the front for helping us with our bags and answering all our questions!

So very pleased with this hotel, while accompanying my sister for medical care at MD Anderson. From the moment I made the reservation, SEYMOUR was kind and accommodating to explain medical rates, free shuttle to and from hospitals, then offered coupons for free delicious breakfasts during our stay. When we arrived, there was SEYMOUR again! Because it was available, he upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. Over the next few days, we engaged with this delightful young man. From afar, I could see he was giving the same attentive service to other clients. Also want to give shout outs to another personable front desk young man, ANTONIO, very accommodating with any requests. Adding MICHELLE and KEVIN, from restaurant and coffee bar, who were friendly and served quickly. Finally, the Front Desk Manager, JEYLA, was so very attentive and kind when we checked out (2 hrs past checkout time bc of med appt). We will be returning to the hospital in a couple of weeks, for a couple of weeks. JEYLA checked on best rates for medical care, was pleased to hear of our good experience with other employees, and was just lovely. Shuttle drivers, EUGENE and LUIS did a great job too in all of their shuttle runs for so many clients. I highly recommend this hotel and am particularly impressed with their very attentive staff at every level. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and particularly fabulous pillows!

Mr. Kevin Roque was very kind and helpful throughout my first breakfast at Hilton. He helped me get my breakfast vouchers, as well as getting the menu. Great service overall. 10/10 would recommend.
