The rooms are great. Getting to them you risk your life. Elevator plummeted to the ground fron 6-7 floor. Called corporate no response so had to file complaint with TDLR after I got trapped in Elevator with broken alarm and no signal to call for help. When someone finally called the Elevator to the 12th floor, it plummeted to the ground and finally let me out. When I complained they told me yeah they are having problems but " think" someone is on site. The continued leaving the Elevator open because it was the only 2 working!?! Insult to injury, Made me carry all my luggage down 11 flights to my lower room with a broken shoulder. Third visit here, never again. Horrible staff whom told me! To look for their staff to clean my new room after 2 hours I slept in my trunk,waiting. Horrible Horrible treatment, thanks Brad your service response to protect clients and points default instead of securing the area and ensuring no one got hurt was a serious issue the handling was horrible

Overall a great experience. The airport shuttle is very convenient. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, however a few of the outlets and lights did not work. Breakfast was delicious, loved the biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.

Michael L. was hands down one of the best airport shuttle drivers I’ve ever had. From the moment I got on the shuttle, he was friendly, personable, and genuinely considerate. He created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which made an otherwise routine trip to the airport feel easy and stress-free. Michael was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what he does. His positive energy and great conversation were the perfect start to my travel day. If you’re lucky enough to have Michael as your driver, you’re in for a great experience. He truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Michael!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Houston North! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very professional and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the excellent shuttle service — Michael, the driver, was outstanding! He was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the transfer smooth and pleasant. His kindness and professionalism truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property from 11-12 February,2026 while the power was out. Mr. Clinton Groce, who was the manager during this time was outstanding! He greeted all guests professionally and explained the situation. His and his staff provided additional services and kept everyone informed as the day progressed. Mr. Groce is exactly what outstanding customer service looks like! Thank you, Michael A. Nurse
