Overall a great experience. The airport shuttle is very convenient. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, however a few of the outlets and lights did not work. Breakfast was delicious, loved the biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.

The a/c on the entire 11th floor did not work properly. I asked for another room on another floor and it was adequate. The man that helped me move rooms was extremely helpful and polite. We were also not given the discount for attending a dance competition that we were supposed to get on the first night, I brought this to the attention of staff while asking for a different room and was given the discount without hesitation. I believe his name was David. When we moved rooms we left two coats with a value of hundreds of dollars. When we realized it we went to the front desk and they immediately went to look. They were bagged and labeled with the room number and date. It would have been nice if they had brought them to us but I’m sure this is a very common occurrence and tracking down the owners of lost items in a hotel of this size is not very prudent. We were attending a Streets Dance competition. The hotel was adequate and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

I am writing this review specifically for Michael L.. Simply stating he is a kind man is an understatement. He is an amazing man that has a special light that shines very brightly. He has lived! He has a gift of human interaction. He is so relatable. He interacts with each guest through small conversations. Hilton/Marriott North should recognize him for his efforts. He is the front line of customer service and delivers beyond that! I pray for a special blessing to be bestowed upon this man. I will remember him. If I am blessed to see him, I would love to thank him with a small. Thank Mr. Michael L.. May you receive an overflow in your next season!

Incredible staff! Magnificent lobby, beautifully remodeled rooms and free parking. A new job has me staying in this Hilton at least once or twice a month. Brad and JC at the front desk are rockstars and set the standard for customer service. Both go above and beyond to extend the highest level of assistance and ensure satisfaction. Every staff member can learn from their excellent example and work ethic. Having recently stayed in Hilton properties overseas, I can make easy comparisons and the Hilton Houston North does not meet my expectations of Hilton quality for a 5 star review. Breakfast has a lot of options but this Hilton breakfast does not measure up to its international peers. First, the coffee is terrible- we Americans love our coffee and what they serve here can be labeled as “dirty water” by European standards. For the love of all that is holy, please invest in more flavorful coffee. Next up is the eggs-to-order/omelette lady. She was not present most of the breakfast on some days or would disappear for 10-15 min at a time. Hilton guests are paying for a service and that includes eggs made to order. Guests are often in a rush, so we do not have time to wait for the cook to reappear from an extended break in the back room. Stand by your station, ready to do your job. Lastly, the free parking with security guard, beautiful rooms and incredible shower pressure are some of the highlights at this location. A few improvements at breakfast would bump this location up to 5 stars.

Michael L. was hands down one of the best airport shuttle drivers I’ve ever had. From the moment I got on the shuttle, he was friendly, personable, and genuinely considerate. He created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which made an otherwise routine trip to the airport feel easy and stress-free. Michael was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what he does. His positive energy and great conversation were the perfect start to my travel day. If you’re lucky enough to have Michael as your driver, you’re in for a great experience. He truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Michael!
