This hotel is amazing! They just recently renovated and everything looks so modern and new! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious as well. I love their made to order breakfast and their chefs are always so happy to see you. The staff and manager are so kind and they help you with anything you need. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you’re in town!

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy several times with my family, and I’ve also hosted a successful event there with about 60 attendees, many of whom were traveling in from out of town. Overall, everything ran very smoothly. On the few occasions where minor issues came up, the staff handled them immediately and with a high level of professionalism. It was clear the team is well trained and genuinely focused on providing a great guest experience. Based on my experiences—both as a guest and an event host—I would confidently recommend this hotel. I definitely plan to stay here again and host future events at this location.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Not to mention that this hotel is The service exceeded our expectations, with every team member being courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. It really made the experience special. he hotel is also perfectly located, right next to the mall and surrounded by great shopping and dining options in Katy, which made everything incredibly convenient. A big thank-you to the manager and staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was memorable. Their care, attention, and commitment to great service truly stood out. We’re grateful to the entire team for such a great stay and will absolutely be returning.

I recently hosted an event at the Hilton Garden Inn in West, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service provided by the team. Each member went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Mrs. Kristin, the AGM, for her incredible support and attention to detail, Marisela and Samiya from the Front Desk for their warm hospitality and assistance, and Sonya and Celimar from the kitchen. Norma, our housekeeper, kept everything pristine and comfortable, while Rafael, the houseman, made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. Their hard work and dedication made our event a resounding success. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable! I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host an event.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the area! Room was clean and comfortable, all accommodations were met without any problems. This will be my spot whenever I return! Thank you!
