I recently hosted an event at the Hilton Garden Inn in West, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service provided by the team. Each member went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Mrs. Kristin, the AGM, for her incredible support and attention to detail, Marisela and Samiya from the Front Desk for their warm hospitality and assistance, and Sonya and Celimar from the kitchen. Norma, our housekeeper, kept everything pristine and comfortable, while Rafael, the houseman, made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. Their hard work and dedication made our event a resounding success. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable! I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host an event.

Hotel staffs were amazing and pleasant and very helpful. The go the extra miles for everything we asked for or about. Rooms are so clean and everything looks good. We enjoyed the stay so much that we will always stay in the future at this lovely hotel.

This hotel was impeccable. My husband and I stopped in for a quick trip to a Texans game. Evan’s welcoming attitude and ability to inform us gave us confidence that we would have great service if needed. Gabriella was kind and considerate in the morning. For fast stops, having a super clean hotel makes all the difference. The bed comfy, and oh the pillows, different sizes and heavenly. I love pillows and these were the best—fresh and clean. The A/C, no smells, the shower well maintained, no molds—clean! As for I10, the air conditioning running mutes the noise. I usually don’t write reviews re: hotels as I don’t like saying negative things. So here’s a positive one. We’ll stay here again. :o)

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn West Katy! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly special. The hotel was spotless, and our room was clean and comfortable. But what really made our stay stand out was hosting my son's 2nd birthday party in their event room. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and our guests had a fantastic time. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs made the night truly unforgettable. We can't recommend this hotel enough! Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, the Hilton Garden Inn West Katy is a great choice. We'll definitely be back!
