I stayed here on the night of Christmas Eve, and it was very quiet. I did see a few other guests, but overall the hotel felt calm and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. When I first arrived, there was a bit of a line at the front desk, so I went straight to my room and tried the digital key. Surprisingly, it worked right away—which rarely happens—so I was able to get settled without any issues. I noticed signs throughout the hotel mentioning that housekeeping had December 25th off to spend time with their families, which I thought was very considerate. I had no issues related to that during my stay. The room was well equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee maker similar to a Keurig. The TV is a smart TV and includes Netflix, which was great. Breakfast is not included, which is typical for a Hilton Garden Inn, but there is an option to order breakfast in the morning. I went down to the lobby to do some work and saw a few other guests, but it was never crowded. The property also has an outdoor pool and a fitness center. One thing that caught me by surprise at checkout was an added “Shadow Creek” fee, which is tied to the neighborhood or area of the hotel. This fee—about $4—was not included in the original booking confirmation email, so just be aware of that if you’re booking a stay in Pearland. Overall, I had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, and I would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed here while visiting friends over the holidays and had a pleasant experience. This was probably my fifth stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, even though I don't usually choose this brand. Check-in was seamless as I checked in through the Hilton Honors app. When I arrived, there were several guests waiting at the front desk, so I went straight to my room and used the digital key, which worked perfectly. Nice touch: the TV welcomed me by name, and the AC was already running, so the room was cool and comfortable when I walked in. This was very much needed since it was 79'F on Christmas day!! The room itself was pretty much what you'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn: a comfortable king-size bed and standard amenities. I had limited interaction with staff during my stay since I bypassed the front desk for a physical key card. Not complimentary upgrade! One small FYI--when I booked the reservation, the total rate was different from the check out statement. There was a local fee listed as "Shadow Creek." I asked the front desk about it and was told it's a local area charge since the hotel is located in Shadow Creek. It was about $4, not a big deal, but something to be aware of. They let their housekeeper staff off on the 25th and it was a nice touch. Employees are your most important asset and kudos to management! It was a comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

Disappointed with my stay, the door had to be slammed to shut, no shelves in the shower to put things on, breakfast was pay and not available until 7. With a few residents up and about and out the door by then. Financial loss to the hotel. Nice technology in the rooms, basic but comfy. Thanks for the response! Knowing my concerns and suggestions were heard is telling of the quality to expect moving forward. :) Bumped you up a star.

Hotel has construction going on, it was noisy so it made it hard to sleep. In addition they had shut off the water for 2 out of 3 days , and i wasn’t informed of any of this before checking in. This was a major inconvenience, can’t shower or use the restroom for 4 hours at a time. Also, the snacks and drinks are ridiculously overpriced; like highway robbery. I understand charging a little more for convenience but their snacks cost more than the airport. Wild.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. AND NO HOT WATER. Booked a three day stay the last week of October 2025. First room (307) did not have hot water. In order for me to get hot water I had to put water in a Hilton cup that they leave in the room for coffee and warm the water up in the microwave. Unacceptable. Went downstairs the next morning to get a new room Placed me in 228. No TV and a bug crawling around in my bed the next morning while I was watching TV. Guess it wanted to watch Halloween Resurrection too. Finally saw the hotel manager for the first time and spoke with her about the problems. She comped me for the room without the water and sent up housekeeping to collect the bug in my bed. I checked out. I was not spending another day in this horrible hotel and I should not have to pay for a room with BED BUGS. I should not have to pay for NONE OF THE DAYS. I complained to 1-800-hiltons and their response to this situation was mind boggling. They don't handle this type of situation. Well who does? They connected my call to Laura (manager over the property and the supervisor over the hotel manager that I previously spoke to) and she said I WAS A HILTON HONOR AND FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBER AND THEY HAD A CODE THAT THEY HAD TO FOLLOW! The first manager lied and said she comped me for the bed bug room but that's not true. It was for the lack of hot water in the first room She didn't even know what type of bug I had until she sent housekeeping to my room to collect it in another Hilton cup. But based on the reviews..she probably did know that it was a bed bug. A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON THAT ONE!! JUST KNOW THAT WE (Hilton honors members) are subjected to less than mediocre service. I asked her if she would stay in a hotel with no hot water and bed bugs..she hesitated and said no. Why should any of the guests. I hung up on her. So PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. The ones at the top are usually good. Read the rest of them. Numerous people have complained about the same thing and no recourse or decent response from Hilton. I will not stay in another Hilton. They have lost my business forever. I am writing this to save you and your family the inconvenience of no water and possible bed bugs. And the bad part is THEY KNOW IT'S HAPPENING AND THEY DON'T CARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Find another hotel.
