I’m a frequent business traveler, and my stay at this property was one of the most disappointing I’ve experienced. The primary issue—and the reason for this review—is a fraudulent $24 charge for purchases I did not make. Despite multiple calls and repeated assurances that the hotel would contact me to resolve it, no one ever followed up. That lack of accountability is unacceptable. The stay itself came with several avoidable problems. At check-in, I was told the hotel was experiencing hot water issues and to “give it time.” My toilet didn’t flush, requiring maintenance to come to the room. After the repair, they left spare parts scattered in the bathroom and did not clean up after themselves. Housekeeping never replenished basic items like coffee or toilet paper, which forced me to go back to the front desk to ask for supplies. For a property under the Hilton flag, this is well below standard. As a career traveler, I strongly recommend reconsidering this location until the hotel addresses its service, housekeeping, and billing issues.

My vehicle was targeted by security guard who took photos prior to me checking in, later on through the night my windows was smashed out. Security guard was dressed with sandals on. I notified property manager and there was no compassion or understanding. I still haven’t heard back from management. Do not sleep here!

I'm a few stays away from being a Lifetime Diamond Member. I know I should write more positive reviews about all the good times Hilton has delivered, but, honestly, I mostly review the really bad stays.... this is one of those. No hot water my first day (we were here on business ((3 rooms 4 days)) They did make the hot water tepid the 2nd day but offered no compensation despite the Hilton guarantee. The last night I tried to eat dinner at the bar -- I'm the only one at the bar. The only one! The bartender did serve me a beer but was then too busy talking to another employee to take me dinner order. I bought a cold sandwich out of their market for dinner. I bumped into a manager by chance and told him what happened. He did call my room and said I was served a beer so I wasn't ignored. (I'm the only one at the bar!) Too bad so sad. Myself, nor my company, plan a return visit at this time.

I am a Hilton Honors member, my goddaughter was getting married and blocked off several rooms. Upon checking in for one of her friends. She found out that this particular hotel holds $75 per day for incidentals, ( this information should have been disclosed when the reservation was made. I called the hotel directly to make my reservation and was never told this information.) My Goddaughter was told by management that there was nothing they could do. After calling corporate, she found out that the hotel is independently owned under Hilton. Therefore NOTHING could be done. My Goddaughter canceled the rooms she had, called her guest told them to cancel. Because I got the Hilton Honors member rate, I was unable to cancel. But I was only staying 2 nights. This hotel charges $10 for a continental breakfast. , a fee for late checkout. NEVER again! The first morning after finding out about the continental breakfast fee we decided to order breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Our server Donovan was excellent, Nehdia the front desk clerk, provided great customer service. The hotel my Goddaughter/her guest stayed at held a one-time charge for incidentals not per day, and they had a full breakfast for free. Moving I will be sure to ask if a hotel is independently owned and their fees

Worst hotel in Houston. Stayed here in September 2025 and the power went out at 9pm and didn’t come back until after 6am. No A/C. Couldn’t sleep. When I complained to the manager he said everyone staying there was a Diamond member. Wow. Stay anywhere else. You’ve been warned.
