I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean.. nothing overly luxurious, but definitely good enough for a productive stay. Breakfast was slightly on the lower side of average in terms of variety, but still decent. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was one outstanding staff member — Gabriel. During Ramadhan, I needed to have my morning meals earlier than the usual restaurant opening hours. Without me even having to repeatedly remind anyone, Gabriel personally took the initiative to arrange early meal preparations and even set internal reminders to ensure I would not miss my sahoor. That level of attentiveness genuinely meant a lot to me, especially when you’re away from home. There was also an instance where I requested paper cups and coffee to my room, and unfortunately it took over 30 minutes with no delivery. I was admittedly a little frustrated and called the front desk. Gabriel answered the call, immediately acknowledged the delay, apologized sincerely, and personally ensured the items were delivered promptly. Not only that, she followed up afterward to make sure everything was alright. That kind of accountability and proactive service is rare. Throughout my stay, she consistently greeted guests warmly, remembered preferences, and carried herself with professionalism and kindness. Staff like Gabriel are the reason guests return. Management should truly recognise and value employees like her she elevates the entire guest experience. Would definitely consider staying again because of service like this. I’m giving the Hilton Garden Inn 5 stars because the stay was exactly what you want a hotel to be: easy, clean, and functional, with amenities that actually feel like amenities — not “technically exists, but don’t touch it.” Parking was the first win. It was straightforward and stress-free. No confusing garage maze, no sketchy offsite situation, no “valet-only” nonsense, and no surprise fees popping up at checkout. I could park quickly, grab my stuff, and get to my room without doing a full tactical mission. If you’re traveling with luggage, kids, or just don’t feel like hiking a mile after driving all day, this is a big deal. I’d take “easy parking” over fancy lobby candles any day. Now the best part: the pool and hot tub. They were actually usable — and that’s rarer than it should be. The pool area looked maintained, not neglected. The water was comfortable, the space felt clean, and it didn’t have that gross “chlorine + mystery grime” vibe some hotels get. The hot tub was the real highlight: hot, relaxing, and not full of broken jets or lukewarm disappointment. You can tell when a property treats the pool area like a real feature instead of an afterthought, and this one did. The rest of the experience matched the same “no headaches” theme: • Check-in/out was smooth and staff were helpful without being fake or indifferent. • Room was clean and practical — comfortable bed, good temperature control, and everything worked like it was supposed to. • Noise level was reasonable, so I actually slept like a human. • The overall property felt well-run, not chaotic.

I was a little hesitant to book here initially, due to some of the reviews I saw; however, I am glad that I looked past them, as the good ones out weighed the bad for me. We stayed here this past weekend, and had 2 double rooms for a group of 4. Both rooms were very clean, and comfortable. I have stayed at several Hilton Garden Inn’s, which can be a hit or miss, but this location is not as outdated as others made it seem, with the exception of they still have the shower curtain set up, instead of the glass doors. Halls were clean, everything appeared well kept. I literally saw housekeeping really cleaning and digging in deep in other rooms when I would walk by in the hall. They looked like they were taking pride in the cleanliness. Price was on point especially for the location. The location was nice, appeared safe, and we had no issues. A little ways from the airport but worth the drive. Our flight was canceled and they were very accommodating with a late checkout since our new flight was booked later. The only issue I had was, the room rate we chose when we booked, was the one that included breakfast; and they charged the breakfast to my final bill. When I got home and noticed it, I called and the young lady I spoke with, fixed it and issued a refund for the difference. She said she needed to call me back while she worked on it, and she did just that. I was able to see the refund pending on my Capital One card right away. Don’t let minor things that can be fixed deter you from booking here or giving them 5 Stars. Take the star away if they don’t fix it, or make things difficult. Not, when mistakes happen, as they are human. If, you are missing towels, and you call the front desk and they bring them to you, that’s not enough to take away stars. They fixed it. A lot of the negative reviews are pure entitlement. Every staff person we interacted with was very kind.

Stayed here for work. I was reading the other reviews, which gave me some pause, but I'm glad I dismissed the negative nellies. First, the location is great. There are many fine restaurants and activities in close proximity. The roads and streets in this area are maintained. The staff, from Jay the manager, to Kim the sales manager, and Marco the bartender, were fantastic. Kind, courteous, and professional. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that I expect from Hilton properties. The morning breakfast was the usual fare, but cooked well. The evening menu was small, but had a variety of dishes. The bar was well stocked and clean. People want to complain about parking, but if you looked at the area, there is not much room. Its a multi-level garage, so at least it's covered. It is only a about 20 feet from the rear entrance. I would have to say that this was one of my better experiences.

My perk as a Diamond Member is to receive snacks and drinks upon my visit. It's a really nice perk that often lets you sample local flavors. However, this hotel did not offer that. There was only water bottles in the room.
