Hilton Garden Inn Houston Energy Corridor

I had an exceptional experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Energy Corridor, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shelita, who is truly one of the best hotel representatives I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, Shelita made me feel incredibly welcomed. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care immediately stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress free, always taking the extra step to accommodate any request with a smile and a positive attitude. What impressed me most was how she consistently created a welcoming environment, every interaction felt sincere and thoughtful. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in ensuring guests feel valued and taken care of. Shelita is an absolute asset to the Hilton team. Because of her outstanding service, my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Employees like Shelita are the reason guests return again and again. Thank you, Shelita, for making my stay such a great experience!

This is one of my favorite properties as a Hilton Honors Diamond member. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. World’s best hotel breakfast that included a true avocado toast! Rod the manager helped me resolve a minor billing issue so quickly. I can’t remember all of the names of the staff who helped me but they were each fantastic! Can’t wait to go back.

Friendly staff! Great rooms! Perfect location to Tons of food but don’t go too far, the hotel has a restaurant as well as a bar! Food and drinks were fantastic! The Bartender was THE BEST! Both nights I stayed here I went down to the bar and she helped and talked to us like family, she was extremely nice! The hotel was so quiet I don’t even know if I had anyone next to me or across from me. I would definitely come back again!

We always stay here when we visit Houston. Plenty of restaurants and fast food places within a couple blocks drive. Nice and quiet at night, we always get a good nights sleep here 👍 plenty of free parking and located in a decent neighborhood

This was our first stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Energy Corridor. I checked in via the app but picked up a physical key as a backup. The front desk staff was initially a bit standoffish but became more welcoming after some conversation. I was informed that a complimentary upgrade was not available because I had already checked in through the app, which was the first time I had heard of this policy. I have been with Hilton for over two decades and am a diamond member. The room was clean, and the layout was very similar to other Hilton Garden Inn properties we've stayed at. We had an approved late checkout at 12:30 pm and placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door; however, housekeeping still knocked around 11:30 am. This was disruptive, especially as we were on an international call with family in Scotland at the time. I shared the incident with Ethel, the front desk manager, but found the interaction dismissive, as she appeared preoccupied with her phone and gave the impression that my concern was an inconvenience. I later emailed Lincoln, the guest service manager, but did not receive a response. Overall, the stay was acceptable, though service consistency and responsiveness could be improved.
