The hotel is in good location close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The exterior and lobby are clean, well lit and nicely decorated. The halls are clean and well lit. The rooms are very nice, decor is neutral and calm color palette and beds are comfortable. And the hotel staff- everyone was friendly and made sure we had what we needed and felt like a very important guest. The two complaints I have is: only one of 2 elevators was running and this one shook and rattled at both starting and stopping at our floor or the ground floor. It made us a bit nervous but being on the 4th floor and having issues that I can't take the stairs and walk at a slower pace, the stairs were not an option, and the snacks available for vending at the front desk are overpriced. The hotel isn't including breakfast in the room rate, and food for order is expensive- maybe offset this by reducing the price of snacks and drinks in the vending areas as some show of appreciation to the guests.

Great location next to many attractions and restaurants, stayed here for a work trip; the common areas and rooms were very clean, the location is off of the interstate so it is very quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is about the elevator situation as was mentioned in other reviews, I am sure that it did pose any real danger, just clanky and jerking a bit. I would still recommend staying here as the many pros outweigh the one con.

Overall, the experience was positive, and the staff was courteous and professional. The property is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. However, there were several concerns worth noting. When using Elevator 1, the elevator shook noticeably upon stopping and produced a loud scraping noise, which was alarming. Additionally, the shower space felt quite narrow and somewhat restrictive. Lastly, upon entering the room, a small roach was observed in the bathroom. Although it was promptly addressed, the presence of pests raised cleanliness and maintenance concerns.

Second time staying there. Jeremy is an absolute legend and this will be my go to place..super clean rooms. Quiet and excellent service. The long hair gentlement was fantastic as well but unfortunately the name eludes me. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We've been staying at this hotel for three nights. Our first impression was good. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't served at 7:00 as advertised, but around 7:30. This was due to the poor organization of the staff. On the third day, we checked into our room at 4:00 p.m., and it hadn't been cleaned. When we asked at the reception, we were told that the staff had already finished work and the room would be cleaned the next day. Unfortunately, we find this poor organization a disaster, and we hope for improvement.
