First and foremost, the rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The food was also fantastic—definitely a highlight! > What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible hotel staff. I cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated. We were so genuinely touched by the kindness and hospitality shown to us, especially by Ms. Diya at the front desk, as well as Ms. Tisha and Ms. Crin. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel so welcome and cared for. In fact, we were so moved by our experience that we are making sure to tell all of our friends and family that this is the place to stay. We truly appreciated the way they took care of us! Thank you Ms Diya for everything!

This was my first visit to the property, and everyone was so helpful and truly demonstrated hospitality at its best. You can genuinely tell this team loves what they do and truly appreciates their guests. From the moment I walked in, Veronica checked me in over the weekend while I was staying with my cousin. We immediately noticed how attentive she was. Even on Saturday, when she wasn’t feeling well, she still gave it her absolute best and made us feel welcomed. The next day, although housekeeping wasn’t able to provide full service, they left a thoughtful letter on my door explaining that if I needed additional towels or trash removal, they would be happy to assist. I really appreciated that communication. I also saw Madea and Sandy in the hallway. I believe they are supervisors because they took the time to speak with me and made sure I knew who to contact if I needed extra supplies — either them directly or the front desk. That personal attention meant a lot. I saw Natties in the hallway as well, and she was always so helpful and made it a point to greet me warmly whenever we passed each other. On Monday, Ruben came by to make sure the AC was working properly. He ensured everything in the room was up to my expectations and took the time to confirm that I was comfortable. That extra level of care did not go unnoticed. Overall, this team made my stay memorable, and I truly appreciate the level of care and service they provided.

Celebrating Christmas in the hotel’s event halls was an exceptional experience and truly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was impeccably organized, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for such a special occasion. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding at all times. The attention and professionalism shown by both the Kitchen staff and the Front Desk were excellent, ensuring that every detail was carefully managed and that guests felt well attended. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Olga, Verónica, and Julia for their dedication, kindness, and outstanding service. Thanks to their personalized attention, the evening became a truly unique and unforgettable night. Traveling from Uruguay, I can confidently say that this experience exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and its services

This property and staff is always on point. Julia Olga Veronica Rosie Maria Brittany Kelly has always been the team that will go above and beyond! I have always stayed at this location due to the team work they put in everyday! Keep up the good work and stay motivated! Hard work does pay off and we notice as guest how happy everyone is to work here! It shows in the service provided!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff made my experience outstanding. The Front Desk team was always attentive, efficient, and welcoming. The Housekeeping department maintained impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment at all times. The Kitchen staff also deserves special recognition for their excellent service, quality, and care in every meal. I would like to give special thanks for the personalized and warm attention provided by Olga, Verónica, and Julia. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a remarkable difference and truly made me feel valued.
