Hilton Americas Houston

We were in Houston for NCA, which happened to be the second largest cheer event ever. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Houston or this particular competition (which has historically been held in Dallas), but this hotel was the highlight of my trip and I just had to share. The staff, the options, the cleanliness, the energy were like nothing I had ever experienced. Your food and beverage team thought of everything, from additional lobby bars to grab and go breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was all hands-on deck, with everyone pitching in with smiles on their faces. The service was 5-star, the seating options were plenty, the catering bars were well stocked, and despite the sheer volume of people, nobody was short or rude. I was impressed by all of it and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This was my husband and I first time staying at this location. We booked a room to celebrate our anniversary and New year's. Upon arrival, self parking was easily located. The hotel atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The lobby was beautifully decorated Disney-themed Christmas displays which added a special and joyful touch. Check-in however was slow as a Honors member, I expected quicker services and a pleasant greeting by staff which was disheartening. Our room was comfortable and had a great view to see fire works. However the bathroom was not properly cleaned as there were long strains of hair on the shower wall. Despite that our stay was enjoyable. Shout out to Charedea, who was bright and personalable. She also assisted us at Check-out and comp'd our parking in honor of our anniversary. Overall, our stay was great and we will be returning.

I had such a great experience with the team at Hilton Americas-Houston, and I especially want to recognize Ivan Lopez, Head of Security. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind a A computer, important papers and a few personal items. I live about three hours away, so I called the hotel hoping there was some chance it might still be there. Ivan personally took care of the situation. He sent security up to the room, worked with the guest who had already checked in, and was able to recover all of my belongings. When I drove back to Houston to pick everything up, my things were carefully wrapped and organized. What really stood out was Ivan himself. He was incredibly kind, professional, and went out of his way to help. I tried to tip him for the trouble, but he wouldn’t accept it and it was just happy he was able to help me. Service like this is rare. Ivan Lopez and the security team at Hilton Americas-Houston truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful.

Our stay at the Hilton Americas Houston was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The hotel itself is stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. The common areas are impressive, the rooms are roomy and relaxing, and the facilities are well worth using. Being so close to the Toyota Center and downtown made getting around extremely convenient. What really stood out was the level of service. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. I’d like to specifically thank Omar M from valet services for his exceptional hospitality. He was attentive, quick, and genuinely kind, making our departure smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly left a great final impression.

This was my third stay at the Hilton in Houston, and as always, everything was great. The hotel atmosphere is clean and pleasant, and the bedding is very comfortable. This time, the beautifully decorated Disney-themed Christmas displays in the lobby added a special and joyful touch. The festive decorations throughout the hotel made it hard to stop taking photos. Although I had to check out very early in the morning and couldn’t try the breakfast restaurant, I’m sure it would have been just as satisfying as always, especially with the great view. It was also nice to have several pubs nearby where you can enjoy a good beer.
