The room and service were great for the price. They offer free breakfast, and housekeeping was prompt every day. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a table, a sofa bed, a king-size bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom had a bathtub with a showerhead, and the room also came with a TV, a mirror, a dresser with drawers, and strong air conditioning.

Great hotel! Well cared for, perfectly clean and well-maintained rooms (tastefully decorated), solid complimentary breakfast, and exceedingly friendly and conscientious staff. Ample security and cameras, too. This is a freeway hotel with most guests staying for just one night, but I was there for three days and enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay we were a little disappointed it was a motel but the cleanliness made up for it. GREAT stay they provide even toothbrush and razor as well as a free breakfast. Not only that but they upgraded our room at the same cost and as soon as we payed we received complimentary gifts as well!!!

It is the first hotel where I received truly great service! In the room, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small touches like a toothbrush, shower cap, water, and snacks upon arrival as a compliment make you feel like a truly welcome guest. Everything is spotlessly clean (and I know what real cleanliness is, because I’m from Eastern Europe where we usually have a very high level of service). The room is quite spacious, the internet connection is strong and stable (I had several Google calls from the hotel every day), and the breakfast was also much better than in other hotels I’ve tried in the USA. I feel that this place is for real people who appreciate friendly service and want to feel welcome—whether they come for rest, work, or even just a short overnight stay. Thank you, Haven team, we really appreciate your work!

One word " PERFECT" very clean & the room smell very nice, not too far from the IAH airport. Breakfast was delicious & the room smell really nice but the cleanliness was impressive. I love it & enjoy stay in HAVEN IN & SUITES Staffs & owner was friendly, helpfull This hotel standard is like 3 stars hotel Highly recommended
