Offering free WiFi throughout, the Galleria Hanover also allows guests 24-hour access to its private theater room and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Business travelers can utilize iMac desktop computers located on site. Dry cleaning service, valet parking and a controlled-access parking garage are available. Located near several Houston attractions, the Hanover is just 2.2 km from Memorial Park and 1.9 km from the Water Wall. Houston Arboretum and Nature Center is found within 1.9 km of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hanover Post Oak in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests are required to sign a reservation form or credit card charge slip prior to arrival to confirm their reservation. The property will send check-in instructions prior to arrival. Please note check-out is at 9:00. The latest check-out available is at 10:30, and this will incur an additional fee of USD 75. Late check-out must be arranged with property prior to arrival. Check-outs after 10:30 will be charged an additional nights rate. Please note this property does not accept cash. A valid credit card is required to make payment. Please note this property is 100% non-smoking. Please note additional guests beyond maximum room occupancy are not allowed. Guest will be asked to leave if there are more guests than allowed. Third-party reservations are not accepted without proper documentation as well as copies of the credit card and cardholders ID. I love everything about living here! Austin was my leasing agent and he answered every question I had AND THEN SOME. He goes above and beyond, and makes such a personalized experience while touring. Even after that, he is always willing to make sure you feel comfortable settling in! I HIGHLY recommend looking at Hanover post oak and everything it has to offer, but make sure you tour with Austin!✨

I recently took a tour of this apartment building and had a great experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was explained clearly, and the amenities and layout really stood out. A big part of what made the experience so enjoyable was our tour guide, Julia. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of our questions and made the tour feel welcoming and informative rather than rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. Overall, it was a great experience, and this property is definitely high on my list thanks to the excellent tour and Julia’s outstanding service.

I have lived at Hanover Post Oak for about six months now and have had the best experience. The amenities and location are great and the staff is so kind and welcoming! Our unit is really great with amazing views and great sound proofing. Julia gave us our initial tour and did a fabulous job!

One of the highlights of our stay was interacting with the delightful concierge, Lily. From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming & friendly making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. Lily was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that guests had a pleasant stay was evident throughout our time at Hanover Post Oak. Whether it was handling packages, liaising with deliveries or assisting with any queries, Lily always handled each task with efficiency and professionalism. She was always available to help and had an innate ability to anticipate the needs of guests, making the entire stay even more enjoyable.
