I stayed for just one night, and overall I’d rate my experience as average. Given the hotel’s high ratings, I expected a bit more warmth and attentiveness from the front desk staff. They weren’t unfriendly, but they also weren’t especially welcoming or customer-service oriented. A couple of times when I stopped by—including during checkout—no one was at the desk, and I had to go to the back to get someone’s attention. They did respond once I did, but it just didn’t feel very guest-focused. The room was fine but had a slight muggy smell, which stood out since the hallway was bright, clean, and fresh. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were consistently kind and polite, and the breakfast was good. I also heard the pool and gym were nice, though I didn’t get a chance to use them.

Only took one star off because we had a slow drain in tub, but everything else was great! I wanted to callout the associate that works the front desk, Shelby. We were there with our son's soccer team and wanted to have some team building and asked to use the television and lobby area to have movie night. Shelby made it so easy for us. She even came over and dimmed the lights in the area for everyone to see rhe screen easier. And we asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up the floor and she came right over and was so pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area. Thanks Shelby!!!

This is a nice hotel. Check in was fast and easy, as well as check out. I love it that you can stay till noon. The shower was divine. It was large and the water pressure was wonderful. Best part of the room. Our room was a nice size, very clean. Even though it is close to the freeway, it wasn't noisy at all. At first it was a little warm in the room. We adjust the air and it cooled off. Be forwarned, the bed was rather firm. My husband thought so too. The breakfast was good for the most part.

We had a great one night stay at Hampton Inn North Houston Spring. The room was very clean, a top priority for me. I didn't like that in the app I could choose my room but the only room I had to choose was near the elevator on every floor. If I wanted a room away from the elevator, there was an upcharge. Same room type as the one I reserved but the price went up due to location. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for that. I will say we didn't hear noise from the elevator area but that could be because it was a quiet Tuesday night. We left before breakfast so I cannot review. I would stay there again, just wish there were more rooms to choose from at the price point I booked, felt a little like I was being upcharged with the old bait and switch sales tactic

I'm extremely disappointed in the service my husband received during his stay at the Hampton in December. Kevin, the front desk staff member, crossed professional boundaries by commenting on my husband's voice saying how he liked it and it was sexy, in a way that made him feel extremely uncomfortable. What's even more disturbing is that this isn't an isolated incident. Kevin has done this before if he is gay that’s fine we accept the LGTBQ+ community and don’t care that Kevin is part of it but We expect a higher standard of professionalism from the staff, and we won't be visiting that hotel again.
