For the purposes of my visit this hotel was in a great location. Our room was very clean and well kept. The staff were really helpful but Chris in particular was incredibly helpful and friendly. Whatever he's being paid, it should be more. If I make it back to the area, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in good condition and in a convenient location for my travel. The beds a comfortable and pillows are decent. The staff has been phenomenal. I had an issue and Chris at the front desk was extremely helpful and quick to respond. It’s people like him that make all the difference.

We had issues with the refrigerator not being cold. We called front desk and they had someone come out first thing the next day. They also gave us points, drinks, and snacks for the inconvenience. I was like wow! Also the bathroom door came off the hinges (sliding door) and the front desk clerk came right up and helped fixed it. We also wanted a microwave and they brought that up as well. ( I didnt know that they would do that) Customer service was 5 stars....hands down. I will definitely come back and stay just off the customer service alone. I was surprisingly shocked because customer service is not what it used to be these days. I really do appreciate everything they did to make us comfortable and have a great stay on our vacation! 😃

My business partner and I stayed here for a night and had the best customer service we have experienced in a long time! Our rooms were not ready when we checked in, so they upgraded us. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and everyone was incredible. You could really tell that they cared about what they did and wanted to make the hotel as nice as possible for their guests. We were blown away that this was our experience at a Hampton Inn. Thank you!

Everyone at the front desk is so nice. Chris has been so helpful and always in a good mood. Breakfast is kid approved. Swimming pool is a great. Close to kemah boardwalk and NASA space museum.
