I LOVED LOVED this place. Suite was very clean, staff was very helpful and caring, oh and breakfast was a delicious!!! My room was very spacious and my stay was comfortable. Pool was clean can very relaxing. Outside Security was tight and I felt my car was safe. When Manager was on shift, he’s always saying hello and ask of any concern. I LOVED THAT. Staff also makes me feel very welcome. I’ve stayed at many hotel and I’m choosing this one for all my future stay.

We booked at this location on accident. This was the second and last night ever staying here. It is a very disappointing hotel. Sad because we are Hilton Honors members and we've never experienced a hotel like this one. Despite friendly staff, the hotel itself just had an overall feeling of dirtiness from the moment you walk in. The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. We have found hair in the bed both times. The bathroom looks dingy, towels feel like sandpaper, I am afraid to even touch the shower curtain and window curtain rods and we even found a dead bug next to the bed where there were also old snack crumbs hanging out. How thoroughly are these rooms actually cleaned? Also, the sketchy guy in the jersey was there both times we visited as well. He just walks behind the desk and doesn't say anything. That's strange. Save yourself the misery and book at the Hilton Garden Inn across the beltway instead.

Worst Hampton Ever! I try my best to be open minded but this location was horrible! The staff was rude. They do not serve breakfast. The room was awful. The bathroom door didn't want to close. You had to almost lift and close. The toilet was like sitting on the floor. The TV remote did not work. The house keeping did not come if you are staying multiple nights. We asked them for clean towels at least and they made us bring them our dirty ones to exchange for clean ones. When we did they said they were washing some and would be a little while. We left for 5 hours and returned to the room. And still didn't have towels. My husband went to the desk to get some and took another half hour. My husband left in the middle of the night to the store and found the staff asleep in the eating area with a blanket and pillow. Nope! Never again.

Front desk gentleman was nice, he got me setup for the next night of my travels at a different hotel. Also allowed me to check in earlier than most. The room was clean. I only stayed a night but wasn’t noisy. They have security in the parking lot overnight. If anything were to have brought the stay down would’ve been the need for a larger tv with a better remote

Had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean and comfortable. Spent three days and two nights here. The whole staff was was friendly and accommodating Especially the night staff. Geoffrey was most helpful! He was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I am a smoker and the designated smoking area was a covered area close to the main building. The free breakfast was very good. There was a vast array of selections and everything was quite tasty! Also, their night security was present and visible. Made me feel very secure! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends! Job well done Hampton Inn!!
