I would not recommend this location. If you are a fan of Hampton Inn then I would avoid this location like the plague. The hotel staff is apathetic, poorly trained in conflict resolution, and do not respect safety and privacy. I had only been checked in for a few hours before I was checked out by the front desk clerk, Dylan. He voluntarily checked myself out of my room. How is that normal and ok? How do you just decided to randomly check out a guest from their stay while they are asleep? I was abruptly awoken by the cleaning crew because they had assumed I had left because Dylan decided to take ownership and check me out of my room. What he did cause a headache that I am still working through weeks later. He was quick to avoid accountability and put the blame on me when I was ASLEEP. He was snippy and had poor communication and logic that could help resolve the issue he created. Management was no help either. Didn't see what was the issue that I would be double charged. The refund never came that they claimed would show up. What a sad excuse for a hotel. The hotel is ran like a scam. Also... it smells there.

The location is perfect. The service is terribly inconsistent. This is the last time I would be using them. There is a front desk lady by name is Saied something who decides she was going to be as difficult as possible because I pushed back on a charge that emanated from a mix up between them and booking.com. She refused to call them to verify even after I showed her all the messages. By the time I stepped out to call booking.com myself, I get back to let them know the issue was resolved. The lady then assigned me a smaller room for a higher price which I paid , and when I was going to switch rooms I found out that she had housekeeping throw my things out already! I was shocked beyond words. But I decided to choose peace. Only to discover that the new room had a shower that wasn’t working and no telephone in the room to call reception. To top it off, some of my things were missing and when I called with my cell phone, she said I could go back to my former room and look for my things. Mind you , I had spent two nights and close to $400. So if you’re tired and need peace of mind, this place ain’t it. I never use the R word. But that was definitely the vibe that I got from the front desk “manager”. Please do not go to this hotel. I am repointing them to the BBB

This is a low-cost Hilton property. That is pretty convenient to the highway. It’s just so so clean. There was a pubic hair on my sink. The rooms are big and have a chair to sit in. But strangely, the TVs have no local channels. I’m staying here now on a Sunday in the fall, and there is no football to watch on TV. Even the local Houston Texans are playing, and they can’t be watched. The front desk says they are smart TVs, but they cannot download additional apps, and YouTube TV is not available. They don’t even have access to NFL football in the lobby outside the breakfast area. If you’re coming too late at night and only need a place to sleep, you can stay here, but if you’re staying here for a few days, as my plan was, there are probably better options.

Coffee? I literally have stayed at hundreds of Hilton branded properties (Mostly Hampton Inn) and have always had hot coffee ready for patrons, not only was the “Light Roast” cold, it was 6-12 hours old. I asked the front desk for a fresh brew, he states “THEY” only make it in the morning? revoke this franchisee’s contract!

Had trouble with the heat not working in the room. Had to change rooms. The room is dated and needs repairs but is clean and the bed was fresh smelling and comfortable. I travel frequently and will try a different location for my next stay. See photos.
