I wanted to make sure I came here to shout out Margarita, the lady who serves the food for breakfast. She is amazing and super sweet and helpful. Whenever I needed something, she was there to help. Thank you for your service! I also received great service from the front desk when checking-in. I thought I had booked a king bed with sofa bed (so my son can sleep), but then found out the room did not have a sofa bed and sofa beds are only in suites. However, the lady at the desk was able to switch me to a double bed room. She was very patient and kind about it. The food was pretty good, and room was decent. Thank you for your service!

Kaitlin at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely kind. Her energy filled the entire room and immediately made the experience feel warm and inviting. You truly cannot help but smile when interacting with her. Her positive attitude and infectious smile set the tone for a wonderful stay. Margarita from the kitchen staff was equally amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was prepared and presented with care. Her professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt both comfortable and uplifting. Both Kaitlin and Margarita are incredible representatives of the hotel and made my experience memorable.

We love this Hampton in Katy,TX! Rooms are always clean & comfortable. The staff is extremely kind & helpful. Kaitlin at the front desk is the best! She’s never too busy to help, answers any questions, very personable & check in is fast & easy. Also Margarita in the breakfast room is so sweet. She asks if we need anything & always greets us. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face each morning! We stayed for 10 days in November. Location is very convenient to everything in Katy & surrounding areas. We will be staying here whenever we’re in Katy! A big thank you to Kaitlin & Margarita for making us feel so welcome!

This was a very nice hotel. Very quiet. A really quiet experience. The brother who works overnight, I believe his name is Jerrell... (apologies if I got it wrong) but man such a wonderful soul and a great person. His customer service was outstanding!!!! However, yesterday, the lady at the front desk who worked the shift before him, asked us to give her a minute because she was busy handling something. I get that she was alone but when there is a FULL LINE waiting at the desk and you SEE US, you should tell whoever those "event" people were, that you can get back to them later because you have guests waiting at the front. She made us wait almost 20 minutes. Tell those people to wait. Period. This happened around 7-8pm last night. I mean it was unbelievable. I don't care what event is here to set up or take things down, when guests arrive at the front, you stop what you are doing. That really was awful that she did that. Its basic 101.

I stayed at this location for two days and experienced some issues during my visit. There was no hot tub, even though it had been advertised — this was disappointing since my kids were looking forward to that feature. The front desk staff member who replaced Brandon and the manager was not very accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions, particularly for those who don’t eat meat. When I raised this concern, I was told that breakfast was complimentary, without recognizing that it is included in the room rate. On a positive note, Brandon at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond by speaking with the wonderful cook to ensure that our breakfast needs were met. If I return to this hotel, it would be because of the kindness and professionalism shown by Brandon and the cook. Edit after the manager's (mentioned as owner) response: Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your response. I did not state that “there was nothing I could eat ...” or that “other hotels let me order and cook my meal to order.” What I did mention was that all three of the hot breakfast items contained meat, which we do not eat, and that other hotels typically offer at least one hot breakfast option for guests who do not eat meat. Additionally, during our conversation, the manager (and possibly the owner) repeatedly emphasized that breakfast was free, even though I clarified that I paid $258 for two nights or $129 per night and that the rate did include the breakfast portion. Thank you very much, I am staying at a much better hotel at a comparable rate in the same area!
