DO NOT STAY HERE THERE IS BED BUGS!! And if you are in room 225 before you see this review - GOODLUCK & BE SAFE!! Our plan was to stay the weekend here. We stayed only one night and immediately left no later than 9am the next day. The bed sheets are dirty and look like they have not been washed. It smells humid in the hallways. The lady in the front desk Saturday was nice enough to hear us out, see our evidence, and refund us for one night without giving us a hard time. Though, per policy, they have to call a lab out to inspect and before we can get a refund for the night we stayed. We woke up with bites!!!

What an amazing place to stay: huge room, everything is new and looks very clean, good breakfast in the morning. I came for business to Houston, was very tired and it gave me a such a nice and please moments to stay and sleep there. Also, thank you to a nice and helpful lady on the reception. Excellent job guys.

Three nights stay and they never cleaned the room or replaced the towels. Conveniently located to my business office and the freeway but it’s easy to tell that the hotel has been abused and neglected even though it is not that old. Free breakfast is just basic food typical of Hampton Inn. Safe but doesn’t stand out in any way.

Location was fine, on the side of the highway, nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful with issues, but there were in fact issues. My first room had wet carpet and smelled like mold. My second room had someone else sleeping in it when I opened the door. Overall an outdated hotel with evident issues.

Very disappointed in this hotel. My truck was broken into the Night/morning of January 16/17. Came downstairs to find my passenger back window smashed and vehicle ransacked. Spoke with the front desk clerk and all I got was, well they’ve been breaking in trucks looking for work tools. I asked if they had cameras, clerk stated I didn’t see anything on the cameras. He didn’t review footage. Was asked to fill out a form and someone will be reaching out. Never got an apology, never received an email or phone call. If this hotel knew this happens often, guest should have been warned when checking inn and the hotel should have a paid security detail. I had to drive back to New Orleans with a broken window a hotel bill and a replacement window bill.
