Hampton Inn & Suites Houston East Beltway 8, Tx

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Houston East Beltway 8 was truly excellent—5 stars all the way. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. Management clearly takes pride in this property. Everything was well-organized, clean, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, spotless, and perfect for rest after a long day. Any questions or requests I had were handled quickly and with a great attitude. This location sets a high standard for hospitality. I truly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to the area and will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.

This hotel was definitely a hilton brand. Front desk agents friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh and area clean, constantly refreshing and bringing food out for guest. Location is not very convenient for us,but it didn't matter after the service we experienced We will return, came down for a football game.

We’ve stayed at several Hampton locations during our roadtrip as well as a Waldorf location elsewhere in the States. Lets say staff at Waldorf can learn from Hampton. Staff here was professional, friendly and welcoming. The room (king studio/suite) was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this property for future stays.

The rooms were clean, the hotel lobby was nice. Staff was great, the breakfast was so-so, but it's not the worst. We'd stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Close to shopping, interstate, and most of all, clean and polite staff. The staff sends texts sporadically throughout your stay to make sure all is going well. The breakfast was awesome as well. The beds were comfortable. I didn't want to get up. 😩 I had to make my next appointment, but thank you for making my stay enjoyable.
