Very disappointed with this hotel. Not up to Brand standard. Smells like they're trying to hide bad odors all the time. Never can get the Heat or air conditioning to work properly the coffee is always cold

This is a great and quiet hotel. Quick stop at Tour 18 golf course right down the road. We were allowed late check out, and the gentleman behind the desk gave us a great recommendation for dinner- Mexican food across the street. Breakfast was great! Thanks for a perfect stay.

I booked a reservation with a pay at property option through booking.com. I ended up having a family emergency and requested a cancellation which in all transparency was the same day but I just missed the window. The property never messaged me back and took my whole payment without trying to reach back out to me. I am even ok with having credits to use with them for a future stay but they declined that as well, instead they just took my money (full amount) with no service provided. If you are looking for a hotel that has forgiving or flexible cancellation policies look elsewhere they will just take your money. I did not actually stay at the property so I have no opinion on there facility’s.

I have stayed at this location on multiple visits to the Houston suburbs over the last eight years. Long ago, on our first visit, the hotel was superb. The quality dips further down every stay since. Part of this is out of the hands of management. Things like people hanging around the rear parking lot blasting music and smoking by the rear entrance. People leaving bottles of urine on the sidewalk. Other things should be given more attention. Attached are some photos from the bathroom. Make your own judgment on how the shower head appears. Our room's AC didn't work. One evening our room reached ~85 degrees. The next day they sent a mechanic to our room who shrugged and did nothing. The mechanic also didn't know why a light was flashing on the ceiling every couple of seconds during the entire week long visit. The coffee is watered down and yet still somehow tastes burnt? I am not expecting the best of the best for a free breakfast, but the food has gotten so bad that we always eat out after shaking our heads during the morning walk through the hotel's offerings. We were a bit shocked when we walked through the lobby with our young kids and a news story was blasting from the TV about serial killers who were molested as children. Words I really don't need my four year old hearing. Hilariously this was happening at the same time Christmas classics were playing over the speakers. Our next trip out to Humble will involve either a short term rental or at least a different hotel.
