Been staying at this location since it’s close to the doctors office. The hotel is being renovated which it was well due for a couple of years. I’m a Hilton Gold member and experienced something that never had happened to me at any Hilton location. We arrived at noon and was told I couldn’t check in early unless I wanted to pay an early check-in fee so that tells me the room was ready Management just was going to make more money by charging the fee. However I went on line and was able to check in and was told the front desk would issue me a key so I went back to the front desk and told the clerk on duty I’m checked in and needed a key. She looked at me with this puzzled look then reviewed her computer shook her head and then issued me a key.

Hotel is old could really use an update. It was clean and safe. The breakfast was good and the ladies were very polite. Gentlemen at the front desk could ease up. Management lives by rules, not the guidelines; a free bottle of water is only given to Diamond level Hilton guess, cannot break the rules. I paid the $6 for my water. Next time though, there are other hotels to choose from, literally right next door.

I've never been to a hotel that did not have a luggage cart. We had to have the 3 of us carry in all our luggage sad. I talked to the manager, and he was just full of excuses. They should have at least one luggage cart. Asked front desk to allow me to talk with the manager. She said, give him 5 minutes and he was outside smoking a cigarette. I had to go outside and approach him. I feel when you pay your hard-earned money. You should have better courtesy than that.

I haven’t even checked in yet but I’ve been calling the hotel with a question and as I’ve called throughout the day yesterday absolutely no one picked up-not even a voice recording. I have to say I’m nervous about staying there.

Disappointed with the quality of the rooms. I inspected 5 rooms and each one had the same pungent, damp, dingy smell of wet, mildewy carpet. I tolerated 2 nights as I worked late but eventually could not tolerate the smell and checked out. I have stayed as many Hampton Inns and this location is far below their standards. They would not refund me the night I checked out unfortunately despite my complaint and their 100% Hampton satisfaction guarantee.
