Hotel is being renovated. We had a renovated room, except it wasn’t complete. Missing wallpaper and trim in the bathroom. Paint was splattered over the peephole and door lock. Breakfast was terrible. The sausage was old, the biscuits were cold and there were no eggs. Coffee was not good.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to book here BUT when I saw renovations were being done and know the Hilton brand.. I took a chance and was not disappointed. Taylor checked me in and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell by walking in that the renovations appear to be completed and it was very clean. My room did not disappoint either.. clean and roomy! The hot water came out immediately in the sink and shower! Plenty of linens! Every one of the team I have encountered has been nice, courteous and helpful! I have been here a week for business and will definitely be back! I like the gate to get in to the parking area that is only accessible with your room key! Only drawback is not fan in the bathroom!

This is one of the worst, if not THE worst, Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. I understand the construction on the first floor, but the room was awful (see the room section). The elevator does not inspire confidence, but was actually not too bad. The cat5 cables running across the hall on the 3rd floor was just ridiculous. The pool was out of service also. Just a bad place to stay overall. I'm seriously considering a switch to Marriott properties. More expensive, but the chances of finding a hotel in this condition are much lower.

My stay at the Hampton Inn had its ups and downs. The room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was lukewarm instead of the hot, energizing start to my day I was hoping for. By 9 a.m., the options were sparse; just a few sausage patties and powdered scrambled eggs. While I understand the hotel was undergoing construction during our visit, I still expected a better breakfast experience. Hoping for improvements in the future!

I paid for 2 rooms bringing family with me. First, my experience. The room appears to have been renovated. However, the bathroom door won’t close completely without a lot of force. Then, because it is stuck, it’s hard to open. The toilet is new, but the cheap plastic seat is loose. I am a rewards member and that was not acknowledged. Little things like this expose an inattention to detail. Next, I went to breakfast this morning and it was a typical cheap free breakfast. But, aside from coffee, there was nothing to drink unless you want to pay $2.00 for a bottle of water or can of soda. The air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working so it was hot and humid with a big noisy fan pointed to the front desk to help keep the employees cool. The hotel offered no alternative. Shows lack of concern for guests. Fortunately, there is a convenience store beside the hotel so after eating with no drink, I walked there and got some orange juice and a bottle of water. I chose this hotel because of the Hampton Inn brand. My daughter described similar conditions in her room with the sticking doors. There are too many better choices of hotels than this. In reading other reviews, this hotel has been renovating for the past 9 months and it still has a long way to go. It should be closed until renovations are completed. However, the ownership shows an irresponsible approach which I have not seen in the Marriot or IHG franchises. If this is the best that the Hilton brand can do they’re in big trouble. These reviews go back 9 months and the complaints are the same. And as far as the responses I’ve seen from ownership suggesting people call Hilton customer service, if they were really sorry, Hilton would reach out to each person who posts the reviews themselves. Don’t ask me to call customer service. They should contact me. That’s another clue to a business’s true attitude toward its customers. And, I didn’t even mention the smell of marijuana on our floor. As I look across the highway at Hyatt Place, I regret not staying there.
