Candace at the front desk and the entire staff at this location of Hampton Inn and Suites was absolutely amazing and did there job very well. They made sure to ask if we needed anything and they was always available. Our weekend November 14-16 2025 was unbelievably. The rooms were great. Beds slept very well. The hotel water for the shower was always hot. We identified have any issues with smells in or near the our room. Breakfast was always hot a s amazing. Overall stay. We don't have any complaints. Except for traffic in the area because of the connecting highways. Otherwise when we are back to visit Houston this is definitely the spot and I will definitely ask for the same room 314 Housekeeping was on time the first day at our door to see if we had everything that we needed im.like wow who does that but she did I can't remember her name that's apart of the Housekeeping staff. Overall a pleasure to stay. AND The Pool was a available a very nice setting

Great location, away from all the Galleria traffic but still close to everything you would need. Building is really dated; lobby looked to be in good shape but can’t say the same for the room. Good free breakfast which is a plus. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Payed cash and was cheated out of my room security money. I did not receive it. And I complain to them about it but they still said they didn’t charge my card because it didn’t go through. So I had to pay it all in cash. $372.The rooms were only for two nights and the total was $234. Parking was 29 dollars a night. $58. But they said they didn’t charge me. And the rooms security for two nights was $80, so add that up I gave them 372 dollars in cash. Please be careful they will cheat you out your money. That’s bad business. I will not return.

Our stay at Hampton near the Galleria was perfect. Aurora was wonderful upon check-in. A very delightful lady making sure we were welcomed as diamond members and had the correct room we needed. The hotel appears it will be undergoing renovations. Although aged, it was very clean and nice. Will stay there again if in the area.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions for business travel. It is within walking distance of a Target, and great dining options. The complementary breakfast is nice, and the value is hard to beat. Employees have always been friendly and very service-oriented. I will keep coming back whenever I'm in Houston!
