Fantastic location easy to get anywhere there is an IHOP right within walking distance but we have lots of problems with this hotel The elevators didn't work most of the time we were there for 4 days our first room smelled funny and we moved One of the nights we have some domestic dispute going on with the guy trying to kick a door down down the hallway they're also was a bit of freeway noise if that bothers anybody. The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. I will not be staying at this location again.

This rating is just based off of the following: 1. Elevator not working and they put me on the 4th floor. There was no way I would have been able to get my two bags up by myself. The front desk assistant said she could not help me because it was just her working. Luckily the gentlemen fixing the elevator was able to get it to work just to get me upstairs. 2. No functioning ice maker on the 4th or 3rd floor, so had to walk down to 1st to get ice, and head back upstairs. 3. Also no coffee in the room, I drink coffee at night so when I went to get ice, had to grab a cup of warm coffee. 4. While downstairs I figure get some snacks. The selection was miniscule. 5. It was a cold evening so went to turn on the heater only to find that the until would only blow cold to cool air. No warm air. Hoping i'll get some help lugging my luggage down 4 flights of stairs tomorrow morning.

I had the misfortune to stay here during a work trip. Upon arriving late at night, I noticed that it is not very well-lit and seems a bit shady from the outside. When I walked in, there wasn’t anybody at the desk for a while. Fortunately, I was able to check in online. I was put on the third floor and what do you know, the elevators are broken. I hauled my luggage up 3 floors and all I wanted to do was get a run in, take a shower, and get some sleep. Well, the treadmill was broken… I opted for the elliptical. When I tried to get a shower in, the water pressure was some of the weakest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I would highly recommend checking out the many other hotel choices in the area.

Update: Do not stay here - hotel responded to review with “No comment”. Obviously not concerned with guest safety or trying to make things right. Stopped here for the night while traveling to west TX. Hotel was decent, staff was good but 2 vehicles got broken into including ours. Staff said it happens all the time, even to them which would have been nice to know when we checked in. Security cameras didn’t work & no security is provided. If you stay here make sure to empty your car out at night.

Upon arrival, rooms were not clean, shampoo and conditioner were empty, and elevator was broken. We arrived at night and the area was not well lit. Due to elevator inop, we were told to use stairs near entrance that was propped open. This did not need a key and could allow entry to any non-hotel guest. Not a very comforting experience.
