I am giving the hotel a 4 rating because of the awesome, friendly, and dedicated staff. In particular, Kendra from Room service/cleaning. She was always very helpful and courteous, and quick to bring whatever we needed! She gets a 5, by herself! The front desk people and the breakfast staff were also very kind and adept to guest's requests. The room was satisfactory!

Update: Do not stay here - hotel responded to review with “No comment”. Obviously not concerned with guest safety or trying to make things right. Stopped here for the night while traveling to west TX. Hotel was decent, staff was good but 2 vehicles got broken into including ours. Staff said it happens all the time, even to them which would have been nice to know when we checked in. Security cameras didn’t work & no security is provided. If you stay here make sure to empty your car out at night.

Upon arrival, rooms were not clean, shampoo and conditioner were empty, and elevator was broken. We arrived at night and the area was not well lit. Due to elevator inop, we were told to use stairs near entrance that was propped open. This did not need a key and could allow entry to any non-hotel guest. Not a very comforting experience.

David is the best night auditor (front-desk clerk at night) I’ve ever encountered at any hotel, ever. He is the reason I’m leaving a five-star review for this hotel. Thank you, David.

Staff was great, as others have said, room was so moldy I got sick after a two night stay. Never again.
