Hampton Inn Houston I 10 East TX

As a long standing Hilton Honors member, I have stayed at many Hampton Inn & Suites properties over the years and have consistently experienced the warm hospitality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, this particular location fell far below that standard. My organization reserved and blocked multiple rooms this weekend for an event being hosted at the hotel. With that level of commitment and partnership, I expected a seamless and welcoming experience for myself and my guests. Instead, I was informed that cookies are not served throughout the weekend because they are not baking them. I have never encountered a Hampton property that simply chooses not to provide a signature hospitality touch without explanation or accommodation. More concerning than the cookies was the overall tone and service from one specific staff member. Her demeanor toward several guests in my party was dismissive and unwelcoming. Hospitality is not just about amenities. It is about how guests are made to feel. The communication style and attitude displayed did not reflect the Hampton brand values I have supported for years. I am deeply disappointed. As a loyal Honors member, this is the first time I have felt this level of dissatisfaction at a Hampton Inn. The service did not align with the reputation the brand has built, nor with the loyalty I have shown over the years. Regrettably, I will not patronize this specific location again. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and restores the standard of hospitality that so many of us have come to expect.

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It shouldn’t amaze us but it did. We didn’t come upon one staff member that was rude or that didn’t say hello. We stay in a lot of hotels for my husband’s work and this was THE friendliest. Next time we are in Houston we are staying here again. Beds were comfortable. Delicious breakfast w sausage, eggs, omelets, waffles, grits/oatmeal, and more! The pool was cold and clean!

Mr. Chaz was absolutely wonderful! He was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and easy, and his positive attitude really made my stay great. It’s clear he cares a lot about his guests, and it shows in every interaction. I’d happily stay here again Thank you for such a great experience Chaz

I had a great experience. The staff was the nicest. From the front counter, to maintenance, to house keeping. We notified them that we would be arriving earlier than the check in time and they accommodated us and had our room ready! The breakfast was hot and great all three days. On Friday they offered complimentary cookies which were delicious and soft! The room was clean and comfortable as well as the entire hotel. They have a pool and hot tub. It has restaurants near by so it's not much travelling for food unless you're looking for something special or particular along with convenience stores. Located about 7 miles from Downtown Houston. I would definitely stay again and encourage others to visit

Stayed here for the week. The staff really were kind. But the hotel itself is trash. Non working toilets. Then would not compensate me for my inconvenience of the non working toilet. I asked to speak to the general manager who was busy at the time and told me he would give me a call, he never came out nor gave me a call. The maintenance man told me that they knew the toilet was not working properly and they still rented the room out. Breakfast was horrible. I mean I shouldn’t have expected too much from a 2 star hotel. I won’t be surprised if I look next month and it’s a 1 star I wouldn’t recommend this place.
