Excellent location for a hotel! The rooms were clean & comfortable. I wasn't the biggest fan of the window-mounted AC units in the rooms -- this hotel is so close to the highway that these window units seemed to transmit a lot of highway-noise throughout the night. If I were to stay again, I would definitely request a room facing away from the highway. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast options were great.

Convenient to the airport. Our room was comfortable, but there is highway noise audible from all rooms. Shower had great water pressure, but no steam vent in the bathroom. Good coffee!

The accommodations were very satisfactory. We were hosted by a wonderful staff and service. Mr. Darren was a great host representing the Hampton Inn.

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. The location is close to multiple dining choices as well as the mall. The room needed a little love as we discovered a used rag stuck in the shower curtain. The body wash was also a bit low. Forgot to add that the police were there in the morning for a few of the people and a got a new scratch on the Escalade.

We stay here frequently. This is a first time for me leaving a 1 star review. I love going to this hotel, but this time was different. I reserved a room earlier yesterday so we would have a place to stay when I got through at Houston Motorsports park after midnight. Someone called asking if I was still coming to stay around 9pm. I told her yes we would be coming after midnight. We arrived after 1am to get the room and they kept declining my cards. Both me debt and credit card. Said I could go get cash and would leave it in an envelope for the manager in the morning. Sounded fishy so I decided to drive 2.5hrs back home. On the way home my card worked perfectly to get fuel. I still have a pending charge on my card and I didn’t even stay….i feel like they gave my room to someone else even though i reserved it.
