I visited this hotel for a business conference with a colleague from college and after a day of travel, we finally arrived to the hotel only to find out there was an issue with payment. Fortunately, the kind man at the desk, Reggie, was willing to allow us to go up to the room while he contacted the school in order to resolve the issue. Very thankful for the kind service Reggie, definitely would recommend, the rooms are amazing!

My room was clean. The staff was really great. They helped me out tremendously because my flight, originally scheduled to land at midnight, didn't land until 5am. They made sure I was already checked in when I arrived so I could just grab a key and get to my room quickly. They also granted me a much needed late check out. I would absolutely stay here again based solely on how accommodating they were.

Hotel is fine, nothing super great. They didn’t want to give me my 2 free waters for being a Hilton Honor Member. The door handles to your room don’t open the door like a normal handle, instead and turning the handle down like normal, you have to tune the handle up!! Also, the “king” bed is NOT a king; it sleeps more like a queen. The lobby is very large and inviting.

The Hampton Inn has great hospitality from the moment we arrived. They were very friendly and made check in a breeze. My main concern was with the service during the stay. Our iron wasn’t working properly in the room, the next morning I let front desk know and she said they would bring another one up for us. No one ever did. The bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest around the toilet upon arrival. One other disturbing point was the underneath of our beds had old used water bottles from previous stays underneath. Didn’t feel like the cleanest place to stay.

We arrived at 11 pm freezing cold. The service was alright, one of the valets was very nice. However, after we got into the room and unpacked our suitcases, then took our clothes off to shower. Come to find out, our shower was completely broken, with only drippings coming out! The room had no heating and was blasting AC that we could only turn low. We were hopping around without clothes, freezing our butts off, calling the front desk. Before we even said anything, they said they would move us to a different room. They must have known that the shower was broken, and yet still allowed people to book the room. This was a terrible experience overall and I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.2 rating.
