Overall I had a great experience. The room charge was higher than I was quoted and the fire alarm went off one night. The room itself and the hotel was completely updated and nicer than any Hilton I've stayed in lately. I was charged $109 when I arrived them $169 per night after. They said Sunday was cheaper but $60 per night? The hotel was empty, I know they are just reopening but I still don't agree with the rate.

It's a great hotel at a very low price! I loved the pool. The location isn't even close, it's an hour away, but it makes it worth it. Great service, fantastic breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable for any occasion, whether it's just spending time with my partner. she said it's fabulous and that she'd like to go. I don't know why this hotel is not a 5 stars , food places nearby, but everyone has different tastes.

Super clean, Smells, looks and feels new! Definitely not a tourist area but we were there visiting family. The entire facility is so well maintained in working order, neat, organized, and the staff is friendly and professional. We stayed on the 4th of July weekend2025, coffee and breakfast was awsome! Will 100% recommend. My inlaws stayed across at the comfort suites and that place was aweful

Hotel is recently renovated and it shows. The rooms were spotless, serviced daily, and with modern touches (plasma tv, lots of outlets and USB ports, and well lit throughout. The staff and owner were welcoming and accommodating. Our party was in rooms 304 and 305.

We stayed in room 303 First, the hotel is remodeling, so construction bins clutter the back side by the pool. Clutter and junk take away from the lobby. The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. Second, the area, Deer Park, is industrial and it smells so bad outside. I picked it because the softball fields are "out back". Next time, I'll drive in. Lastly, the room..... we walked in and the room smelled like wet dog. The floor was not clean. The room was hot so the AC was turned down and it rattled all night and barely made the room cool. The furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable with many pillow options. All the water pressure is in the sink!! The shower just dribbled and did not get even warm. I let it run for a while and had to shower in luke-warm water.
